The woman working the drive through on 12/26 around 4pm was very rude. I ordered an eggnog shake, said it twice, and she gave me a orange cream shake. When I said I ordered an eggnog shake she made it seem like it was my fault. I get home the food was barely warm, didn't give us sauce for the tenders, and gave us a diet coke instead of regular. She was condescending and not friendly. She never greeted me or said have a good day. She was very rude and unprofessional. I hope this place can hire someone who's more people friendly since they deal with people for their job.

I am shocked this restaurant is even open. The dining room was very dirty, with greasy fingerprints, food, ketchup, even dust everywhere. The women's bathroom was HORRIBLE. The food was fine. No waitresses, as all food is ordered at kiosk. Which is fine, of course, but no one cleans? Imagine how dirty the kitchen is! Will never eat here again, and IMO should be shut down. I completed online survey to complain, but apparently the same issues have been going on for years with no resolution. Also, WHY IS THERE A $2 TIP ADDED TO MY RECEIPT?!?

Such a sad sad time in here started manager sat for 20 min bickering with staff member who clearly was about to stop (teenage crue)then went to the next things asked for onions no ketchup and extra pickles on sandwich let's play where's the stuff I ordered for would of been hot however that would require the boss to stop bickering with staff and do his job cleaning needs deep clean and folks who arrived before us were served almost 10 after us such sad state of mind remove serve staff then pow down hill we go such a bunch of garbage (come on guys get ya head at it ) won't return should have stayed closed

I can see why these are going out of business. No more waiters. Have to order off a kiosk. They had 4. 2 were out of service. Ordered cheese fries with my meal. Get meal. No cheese. They said they were out so I paid a up charge for nothing. Bunch of kids running the place and it shows. Every open booth or table was dirty. Floor was disgusting. Overall I’m pretty bummed out cause back in the day I loved this restaurant. RIP

The workers scream at their customers and at each other. Dirty and didn’t refill the ketchup. Couldn’t even talk without being agitated. The food was delicious though.
Terrible service, food was killer. If I ordered a truck load full of bad help and I got the three that were in the kitchen I’d have got my moneys worth.
