The classic American diner chain with eclectic bright inside vibes and generally positive easy going staff, extra friendly and fast for my visit here. The shakes are essential menu options alongside the flagship Royal burger. There's plenty of flavors, well mixed shakes, jalapeno crunch burger is tasty too, everything goes down easy. I wish they had dairy free and low sugar options. I avoid most of the food due to some belly standards but there are few better places I'll happily spend my own money for fast food, Slim Chickens and Panda are the others. The app and online order setup is smart and quick, much better than trying to dine in for most visits.

Went to the drive thru during happy hour on the week day 2-4pm and ordered the same thing I do at other locations - DOUBLE garlic burger w Large fries and shake. They rung it up as a combo which took away the half off for the shake and my burger only had one patty and the fries were a small. Food was still good but completely messed up the order and was wondering why we paid more than usual and got less food.

I have only been in the drive through but the staff go above and beyond. So friendly, and quick!
Great food at reasonable prices, gotta say this is the second time I've been here in 6 months time and the wait was much longer than at other steak and shake resturants. I guess the owner runs a skeleton crew so they (the owner) can keep all profits. I hope the employees get paid well for the amount of work they do.
