For a person who orders taco bell pick up 2 or 3 times a week, i expect my requests for extra spicy ranch, or the items I order to be available and not icicles. Dave is the manager there and im getting more disappointed every time I order hoping they do what I order. I work at a fast food establishment as well. Do better.

This Taco Bell is probably the worst one I’ve ever been to. I used to go here on my lunch break a lot. I knew the entire staff, and they knew me. My orders started getting skipped, I would give them 15-20 mins, (1/2 hour lunch break) ask them where my food was, wait another 5 minutes for them to make it and then go back to work and get busy, no time to eat. This happened probably 9 times consecutively, a few times I just left without my food, because I really don’t have time to wait. I’ve been trying to contact Taco Bell’s corporate customer service, for over 9 months without any response. I write them every 3 months asking when they will try to correct this. The night shift here is also unhinged. You pull up to the drive thru speaker at night and you can expect them to be anything but professional. Not really the type of people I want handling my food. They talk to you in silly voice’s and are utterly disrespectful. Pull around to the window and pay and to get your food, they will sometimes hold the bag of food on the inside of the window and giggle as you reach for it. I’m not amused. I am considering taking legal action against Taco Bell at this point.
I just don’t want to give a single star because of employee’s I am trucker and walk in was closed at night so I go to drive thru by walk and they said no and close window on by face and lock the window I was hungry so much 😢
I ordered a Lux cravings box at around 11:30 with the beef only to pull up to the window for them to tell me that they ran out of beef! Somehow the car in front of us apparently ordered all their beef. THEY ARE STILL OPEN FOR ANOTHER THREE HOURS. He then tells me that he has to upcharge me for the chicken or steak option which is ridiculous but fine whatever. I pay the extra three dollars for the chicken, and he tells me that he will throw in two extra tacos for the hassle. Great I think to myself. But when I get back to my house expecting two more delicious tacos, there is instead two coupons for tacos. BUT low and behold, the coupons expired TWO weeks ago. In conclusion, not only did they make me wait in the line for far too long, and scam me out of beef tacos, they attempted to appease with expired coupons. This establishment is driving me cuckoo.

They closed their registers inside and make you order through a kiosk. A Crunchwrap is nearly 7 dollars by itself. This is not the Taco Bell we grew up with, this is a soulless corporation trying to make as much as possible off the worst quality food available. Taco Bell used to be for quick bites on late nights, or a drunken snack. For 20 dollars you and your friends could eat like kings. Now a single combo with a drink is 15-20 bucks after tax. Just don’t support their business anymore.

I had a fair visit to this taco bell around lunchtime everything was served without anything missing even the sauce which is always a hit or miss through out the company even when you ask.

went here a lot when i was pregnant, it was really good about a year or two ago, but recently they will forget items. like food, cutlery, etc. and quite a fair few times when i would try to get those fixed the staff would be rude to me. the manager/boss guy has always been nice, but he is barely there sometimes

Ordered at kiosk. 10 minutes later I asked about my food. Was told since there was no one at the register to take my money, my order hadn't been placed. I walked out
Kiosk ordering... expensive

Food was just thrown together, no fork, and when did it start costing $12 for a taco, nacho belgrande and a drink. Their wasnt' any meat. Wish I would have taken a picture. And on top that I am sick of everybody asking gor hand outs. No i'll keep my .81cents, sorry you don't get the tax right off.

I NEVER write bad reviews…first time but this deserves it! If I could give less than one star I would! We had to clean off our own tables and seats. Then we waited about 15 minutes for our order when we were the only ones in the restaurant. Then out of five of us, three of us had the wrong order and then we were treated horribly for pointing that out. This used to be a great Taco Bell, not anymore:(

Giving 1 star just from this most recent experience there and I will never return to this Taco Bell because of it.
Sunday evening around 5-6pm I went to Walmart get groceries then really wanted an iced tea, I was like alright I’ll go to Taco Bell and get one and a burrito while I’m at it. I order on the mobile app and let them know I have a mobile order, it’s all good so I pull up to the window and they hand me my tea and still wishing on the burrito no biggy. So I am ready for the tea so I break open the straw and take a big sip only to immediately realize that whatever just entered my mouth is for sure not for human consumption. I have NO idea what was in the tea because just looking at it; it looked like tea but it was NOT tea, nor was it soda or any drinkable drink. It tasted like some kind of chemical and salty. It wasn’t just bad tea, there was no tea taste it was straight chemicals. I went to hand her the drink saying she could take this back and couldn’t get many other words out because I was flabbergasted and wondering if I had just been poisoned from drinking some unknown substance. She told me they couldn’t take the drink back, understandable and I’m glad because after I realized that incase something happened that drink can be tested.
Looking at the drink there is very obviously something seriously wrong with it. From top to bottom there is this Smokey looking shape all through the tea, thinking about it or looking at it makes me nauseous. I have never been more disturbed before in my entire life. It actually scared me. It’s been two days and so far I’m okay besides some diarrhea however I’m not sure if it was from the “tea” or maybe something else. I plan on getting some blood tests done and calling poison control to find out if the drink can be tested. I love Taco Bell but I’m horrified and won’t be back. I may never drink tea or any other drink from anywhere ever again.
