It was our first time visiting the Viking Chili Bowl in Valpo. We called ahead for a table since we were a party of 6. Glad we did. Even though the place was packed, we had excellent, friendly service. I was impressed that our food arrived as soon as it did. The food was good. My husband absolutely loved the ham. Told server I wanted my hashbrowns crispy and not like mashed potatoes. She said it was getting busy and may not get them the way I want them and I said that I won't eat them that way. Our favorite breakfast spot, Super friendly fast service GREAT FOOD and GREAT prices. Highly recommend this spot for breakfast or for lunch. You won't go wrong by eating here.
