Came to Wendy's and ordered food. I tried to use a coupon and after waiting for 5 minutes, I was told they could not accept it because each franchise is different. The coupon did not disclose any specific location so I did not see an issue. They did not offer any sort of accommodation. Very disappointing.

Delicious chilli and cheeseburger 🍔 & chocolate Frosty and French fries 🍟. If you are No Dairy diet be sure to ask for No Cheese. I prefer the location on 30 better than in town.

At the speaker the guy was very nice. At the window to pay, that guy was..... something. He was nice I think. He didn't really say anything. Just kinda stood there. (I did see them give my drink to the car in front of me and then that lady must've told them no after she was holding it and they took it back. Then when I got to the window I sat waiting a long while, while people were just walking back and forth. Then the guy who was taking orders came over and basically tossed me the drink that they originally gave to the other car. No hello no nothing. Then when I finally got my food it was a toss and he walked away. Not friendly at all.
