I ordered a Beef and Swiss Market Fresh Sandwich and was charged $6.73. I get home and it’s a nasty looking sandwich on a regular bun with 2 tiny pieces of beef and a 1/3 cup of nasty cheese. No where near what I ordered! And she even repeated back my order. Waste of money and my time. And of course no one answered the phone when I tried to call! Buyer beware this Arby’s is a pass
$50 order. Only got one item wrong which was almost a $3.00 difference in price charged to me. When I went up and asked for the correct item and my money back, which I paid for in cash, I got the plain Mac and cheese I had ordered. They failed to refund the difference. I asked again for my refund, after ten minutes the shift mgr returned $1. I said ummm how many s this possible? Still not resolved. Turbo Arby’s #6815 located on Hart St Vincennes Indiana. I spent $18 on the Wagyu burger large meal, a strawberry lemonade and apple turnover. I won’t buy it ever again. I watched the young man microwave it until the cheese was all cooked off. Seriously, rubberized it. Come on Arbys!!! My strawberry lemonade was delicious though. No bueno guys!

Arby's is a busy restaurant with limited parking, but it is wheelchair accessible. The staff, although sometimes short-handed, strives to provide good service. The restaurant offers classic roast beef, but some customers may be disappointed if they're expecting the original thinly sliced beef, as it may be thicker and have a different texture. However, Arby's roast beef sandwiches can still be excellent, and orders are typically filled quickly.
