This hotel is a special place. It's just so odd to find one of my favorite hotels out in the middle of know where (with another very nice place right next door). We stayed there last year when we saw did the Polar Express with a bunch of family and the kids and their parents really wanted to return this year so we did. I don't know if all of the rooms are suites but we have been in rooms with 4 different floor plans (either to stay in our to visit family) and all were suites....read full review

I absolutely loved my stay at the West Baden Springs Hotel for a girls weekend. The historic atrium is a gorgeous background for your visit. The room was tastefully decorated, with a spacious bathroom and mini fridge. The hotel has a free trolley to take you to the French Lick casino. It will also take you anywhere you'd like to go in town (& pick you up!). There are restaurants at both the West Baden Springs Hotel and its sister hotel down the street. We decided to take a trip downtown French Lick and see the holiday decorations. They were still decorating at French Lick Resort but the atrium at West Baden Springs was done in all its glory. Everyone should see this at least once. We decided to have dinner at Ballard's in the Atrium so it would be dark and the lights would be on. The food was great as was the service and we even got a piano player for a little dinner music. How nice. The lights around the yard were beautiful...read full review
