The food was not too great, chicken was undercooked and marinated not too nicely (though the rest of the food was quite nice) and they missed a few things in the order and were kind of rude about everything except one person. It was okay:(

Food is great, but service is a little questionable. They messed up someone’s food right behind me and told the person to get in front me because they messed up :(

A really decent place for vegan food on campus. They *used* to have vegan meat replacement but *removed* it from the menu a little while ago. They do have vegan falafel and it makes for a good meal. Personal favorite: rice falafel bowl with chutney, chickpea salad, all the veggies, pickled onions, and chips.Vegetarian options: Be aware that they no longer have vegan meats. Falafels are good, still makes for a nice vegan meal on campus

They have raw meat and act like it is suppose to be like that. Very gross. Don’t go here unless you want food poisoning .

By far the best restaurant in the union. Great food that is always fresh and large servings. You can definitely make 2 meals out of it. They have a wide selection of toppings and I highly recommend getting everything. It is a bit pricey for a student at $13 a bowl, but worth it every once in a while as a treat, especially if you make it into two meals. Today they had free pudding as well!

I liked the atmosphere and quantity. The chicken Tikka was excellent and the sauces were great. But didn't like the taste of Baba Ghonoush or the Falafel or hummus which seemed somewhat bland than what I am authentically used to. Overall decent place to get lunch of middle eastern style.Dietary restrictions: Halal choices available.

This is like a Chipotle/Subway, but with middle eastern-like foods. They have a pretty great selection of things to try, and they are all delicious. I had the pita sandwich with chicken, some hummus, and other random things. There aren't any labels, so you have to guess or ask what things are. It's pretty easy to have a vegetarian or healthy meal here.

Tasty Mediterranean food served fast casual. Their lamb shawarma and beef kabobs are great.

I totally love this place because it's vegetarian-friendly. The spice level is just right for an Indian cuisine lover. The quantity of the food is according to what they charge you. They have these chips that taste extremely awesome. I can certainly try it again. It's conveniently located in Purdue Memorial Union basement so it's closer to the campus. The server adjusts your bowl according to your food preferences which is another plus.

The first time I went to Aatish halal I was quite reluctant to try another Indian style restaurant, due to the fact that I ate indian food everyday growing up; To my surprise, this contemporary Middle Eastern X Indian kitchen will satisfy the taste buds of anyone looking for a good meal. I would, and have highly recommended this restaurant to my friends, and even family back home in India. Give this place a try.
