With hours this limited, it seems unreasonable to start shutting down 15-30 minutes before the stated closing time. If you aren't willing to take orders at 1:10pm, you aren't really open until 1:30pm.

I get that it is a learning experience for students, but the quality here just lacks like crazy. Ordered a burger and fries today and the burger just didn't taste right. Not sure what it was, but I could tell they pulled it off of a tray from a warmer. Assuming they were baked. The waffle fries had a fish taste to them, which makes sense since they also have fish on the menu and probably use the same fryer. The onions for on the side were a pile of wilt.
