Iffy service on this Sunday afternoon but it all worked out well. The cod dinner was incredible, although I do like the coleslaw at Long John Silver's better. Granddaughter enjoyed the kids meal with the custard coupon.

The staff is very welcoming and very customer service oriented. When I walked in, multiple employees said hello and welcomed me in. An employee came by my table and took my tray when I was done eating and multiple employees said to have good day and thanks for coming in when I left. And the food is always delicious too!

For the love of god the employees need to read the order details better. I’ve asked for no cheese on my burger every time I go. However 8/10 my burger still has cheese. If you order something expect them to get it wrong. The food isn’t bad or anything, I just can’t seem to get a burger with what I order on it.
Asked for the works and skimped me on the toppings. Got a salted Carmel thing and they basically gave me vanilla ice cream. Do better.

This location is SO SLOW with getting orders out. Multiple times, we have waited almost AN HOUR for someone to bring us food, and they were small orders. I'm not the only customer who has complained about the service time. It's been like this for months, and when customers complain, all the owner does is apologize and comment how much they appreciate your business. Your apology is worthless if you dont actually DO something about it. We're done! Wendy's is right down the street.

Food here is always very good. I order inside and staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Uniforms are correct. Greetings are friendly and store always seems well staffed.
Service took forever, waited for about 15 minutes. I got home and opened up the box to see that my sandwich had no top bun. How in the world do you forget the top bun of a sandwich?

I was in town to see my brother in law receive an award at Purdue. We stopped by to grab a quick bite while shopping. The food was delicious and great portion size. Clean and well stocked dining room. Staff was friendly and helpful.
