I went with 2 of my friends to get breakfast here, and we were ordering a dozen donuts and a thing of bagel bites at the kiosk. We had drinks from another establishment and were rudely told that they needed to go elsewhere because we were not allowed to have them in there. Which was fine I just ran the drinks out to the car and came back in. The bagel bites were out almost immediately and so we sat and waited for the donuts. While we were waiting for the donuts the staff was glaring at us and giving us nasty looks. We also saw another customer in there with drinks from another establishment and nothing was said to them. We waited for about 15 minutes before I had to go up to the counter and ask about our donuts. Which had been ready for the last 15 minutes and were just sitting on the counter while the staff member just stood there and looked around. Another staff member came up to the counter to help her and was very rude and shoved the donut box into my hands and gave me a dirty look. The donuts were melted and squished in the box. Overall this was a horrible experience and we will not be returning to the Dunkin ever.

Every donut is melted you will get from here, the donut holes are basically wet. Place needs to lower the A/C apparently and no one that works there can figure it out. Pro tip I am sad I have to give, put a temp sensor in the case…. And set the temp alert below the melting point of chocolate, thank god they’re not running chocolate shop.

Great place to get a quick coffee and or donut! Staff is nice and friendly, especially the lady on the drive thru speaker, she always makes my day! Heard a Canadian works there, I’m Canadian too, go Canada!

I’m form out of state and have eaten at several Dunkin donuts, by far this is the worst i have ever been in. Donuts taste like day old, iced donuts placed in bag with glazed so glazed is no longer glazed now they have icing from iced donuts, and the cream filled was place in bottom of same bag that now has icing on everything and the cream is now on everything as eight items crammed in one small bag. I been here twice and same experience both times, I don’t know who franchise belongs to but Dunkin Donuts need to take it back.

Absolutely trash service. Placed an online order and showed up in the drive thru to pick it up. They opened the box and said they ran out of the other donuts we ordered when we could clearly see icing from them. Then they told us they gave them to another customer. So we ordered and paid for certain donuts, but because they ran out after we ordered them, they gave ours to another customer. When confronted, both the worker and manager gave me the run around with excuses. Absolutely unacceptable.

I was told by closing staff tonight 2/18/25 that I could in fact NOT order anything at 8:49pm, because they had already closed their drawers for the night. I confirmed that they closed at 9, and he said yes. I then asked him if his manager knew he closed his drawer early and he said yes. So I drove off. Went to Starbucks before they closed and got my latte free by accident. Win win for my day 🏅
Rude staff that treat you like a pest. Under whelming food that doesn't even follow basic instructions. Need I say anymore?

Barista placed our 2nd drink on the mobile app shelf, but no one said a thing to us. When we asked about our order an employee said that the number on the drink matched the drink I was holding and that I should have known the other one was mine. REALLY?!
Get yourselves better organized inside because you are putting mobile app and drive thru customers before your indoors ones.
