I was told by closing staff tonight 2/18/25 that I could in fact NOT order anything at 8:49pm, because they had already closed their drawers for the night. I confirmed that they closed at 9, and he said yes. I then asked him if his manager knew he closed his drawer early and he said yes. So I drove off. Went to Starbucks before they closed and got my latte free by accident. Win win for my day 🏅

Barista placed our 2nd drink on the mobile app shelf, but no one said a thing to us. When we asked about our order an employee said that the number on the drink matched the drink I was holding and that I should have known the other one was mine. REALLY?!
Get yourselves better organized inside because you are putting mobile app and drive thru customers before your indoors ones.

Tried Signature Latte with Caramel Craze. The coffee tasted a bit more sweet. The environment is good. But the place is small though. There are limited seatings available only. Considering the location, that's probably fine.

50 %. Ordered a long John really because I like the cream, no cream in it. And we’re missing 50% of our cream cheese in the bagel bites. I would say more like 75.

I walked into an empty lobby. Three employees were working to fill orders, but none of them greeted me. None of them indicated they would be right with me. None of them even acknowledged my presence. This was despite having made eye contact with two of the three. I waited 3-5 minutes and finally placed my order via the kiosk. Hard to be serious about doing business where the customer is not acknowledged and is ignored.

The only reason your getting 3 stars is because the kid making the drinks was working hard (the only one I could see actually doing anything) and was nice when he handed me the drink. I'm sitting in here now. Guy with a crutch working the drive thru and a couple girls not wanting to do much. I walked up to the register and the girl just kinda looked at me. I said hi and she said nothing back. I gave her my drink order and asked how the munchkins came. She spouted off 5,10, 15. No prices just amounts. I said ok, just 5 blueberry please. She gives me my total and precedes to walk away to get my 5 like I annoyed her for having to work. I put my card in and she handed me the bag. That was that. Oh well I guess when I said thank you she mumbled welcome. I'm assuming she doesn't really want to be here. I don't like to work either but unfortunately I don't want to be homeless. So greeting and communication go a long way. So while everyone else is standing around the guy making the drinks is busy and he's doing an excellent job. He thanked me and said have a great day. He should get a raise. He's the only one doing anything.

We get ice tea in the morning sometimes and a breakfast snack. The raspberry infused unsweet iced tea is terrific . Food is good. The atmosphere is just what it is. Once our tea tasted awful and, down the road, we threw them out and wasted $7.

Most of the workers here are sweet, but there’s this one worker who’s so rude. Every time i hear her voice through the intercom i get filled with immediate disappointment. She just seems very stuck up, they also never have a line so she has no reason to have attitude.
