This place does not deserve the hype. The service was straight-up disrespectful. Our server didn’t check on us a single time — not once. We had to literally wave them down like we were invisible. Meanwhile, they were hovering over other tables, all of which just so happened to be white. Yeah… we noticed.

We asked multiple times for a grill change, and they ignored us every single time. But then we watched them switch the grill for the table next to us twice without them even asking. When my partner tried to bring it up again, the Korean waiter interrupted him mid-sentence and just moved on. At that point, it felt deliberate. It wasn’t just bad service — it was personal. And honestly, it felt racist.

The food was garbage. Meat was mid, portions were tiny, and the “unlimited” thing is a scam — you can only order 3 meats at a time. And they take their sweet time bringing it out. We spent more time waiting than actually eating.

And here’s the wild part: they charge an automatic 18% tip. For what? For pretending we didn’t exist? For garbage food and worse service? They really taxed us for being treated like trash.

And don’t even trust the reviews — no way this many people had a good experience. Either they’re paying for fake ones or handing out discounts for 5 stars, because there’s nothing here worth recommending.

Never coming back. Ever. This place should be embarrassed.

I alway come here to eat and enjoy Korean foods culture. The best food I order is kimchi soup or Bibimbap. Kimchi soup is spicy and keep me warm. Bibimbap is healthy foods and fill me up.
Their interior design look amazing and well maintained.
It can be tough to find a parking spot by depend on time or weekend you come. Busy weekend usually I park on side of street.

I love their “extra food” before my meal. All of them taste wonderful. I wish I can remember what it call for each small dish serve.

I highly recommended for anyone to come here.

The food is good, but
#1. They need to update/remodel the place big time. It's old and moldy, smelling inside.

And
#2. They need to listen to the local, loyal customers who care and want the biz to do stay.. You can't say you offer hot pot, but if you want unlimited meats to add, you can't ... You can ONLY either get unlimited meats to grill yourself or do the hot pot and pay for all the ingredients you want, which is not what all the other hot pot restaurants are doing.
Everywhere else you go, you get your soup and unlimited meats.
I asked if I could do both, like all the other restaurants, and he said if I did, it would cost me double....never going here again, that's for sure.

The korean-chinese food here is surprisingly really delicious, it’s among the best we’ve had in the states. However, service is really slow and sometimes the waiters/waitresses seem extremely careless. Still would recommend since the food tastes good. Just make sure you’re not in a rush to get somewhere after your meal.

While eating, the grill pan started to smoke and catch fire. After the guests left, the waiter forgot to turn off the oven. Then we went to the waiter, who asked us not to disturb him, outrageous

⚠️ AVOID THIS PLACE! WORST KOREAN BBQ EXPERIENCE EVER! ⚠️
This all-you-can-eat KBBQ is a total disaster. They changed the grill pan extremely slowly, creating tons of smoke—we couldn't even cook properly and felt like we were suffocating! 😡
They only serve 3 meats at a time, but after the first round, they ignored us for over 20 minutes while we just sat there wasting our precious eating time (only 2 hours total!). The staff had a terrible attitude, refusing to acknowledge our requests.
And to top it off? They force an 18% service charge for this awful experience! Absolute scam. NEVER COMING BACK! 🚫🔥😤

I’ve only had the bbq here and I absolutely love it. IDK what they put in that orange sauce but I literally crave it making me wanna go to gaza!! Regardless of loving the food, I have two reasons why I gave this place two stars. 1. the service is absolutely terrible. I kid you not I have tried to go on non-busy days (knowing how bad the service is yet wanting korean bbq) and the service was still horrible. The servers don’t ever really check on you so imagine how it’s like on a busy day. 2. I had talked up gaza & xin (the food) to a very special friend of mine at the time who lives out of town and I finally convinced him to try it (this was around a year and a half ago but this experience still flabbergasts me). We had got there around 7:45ish and who seemed to be the owner denied us the bbq service because they “close at 9”… I get the 2 hour limit on the bbq but to be quite honest, I have never went up to 2 hours on my previous bbq experiences but either way, I saw that to be unprofessional and just simply disappointing. So that experience definitely made me not want to come back…. I have came back after tho lol I actually celebrated my 25th there back in April but the service was disappointing when, again, it was on a Wednesday where they were not busy at all.

Food is good, atmosphere is nice. Got to agree with everyone here, the service is quite mediocre here, you will see your server when you first order and when they bring the food out, otherwise you’ll never see them again or go get them when you need something. 18% gratuity will be included to the bill and we wonder why. Glad the food was good, otherwise I’ll be really disappointed.

Food was fantastic! Spicy pork hot pot and Miso Brisket were on point. Funky little place with a great vibe!

Had a great experience with the unlimited KBBQ here. Food was delicious with good service. Even the music was enjoyable. 10/10.
