I've tried most things on the menu (aside from sushi - just haven't got around to it) and have never been disappointed. Service is always good. Looking forward to my next visit.
Katana is why I like sushi. Their prices are low for the incredibly fresh quality they serve. The staff is beyond respectful and professional. That atmosphere is extremely welcoming and calm, and it's really nice. As long as Katana is open, it is genuinely the only place I will be going to get sushi.
Terrific variety! Boxes, sushi, speciality rolls, hibachi, ramen bowls, sashimi, ngiri, so much to choose from. We ordered the Chicken Tempura roll (now one of my wife's favorites), the Philly Roll especially was excellent with a lovely smoky edge that you don't always get from this roll.
