Took 30 minutes for an unnixed frappe

Not sure what's going on, but this is the slowest McDonald's I think I've ever been to. Today I even ordered ahead and had to wait 10 min for my food. I think I'll drive the 5 min to the next McDonald's next time.

Stopped at the West Lafayette McDonald’s and this was easily one of the worst experiences I’ve had at the chain.
I already don’t love the new setup where customers can’t access their own drinks or condiments anymore, but that’s a corporate issue. What ruined this visit was the service.
The employee working the front counter was moving extremely slow, barely acknowledged anyone, and acted irritated when customers asked simple questions. The dining room was full, people were waiting, and food was going out cold because she simply didn’t care to keep things moving.
To top it off, she didn’t even give us our full order—three small fries were missing. When I asked for them, she just tossed the fries on the counter and said, “Three small fries,” without any eye contact or apology. At that point we’d already been there for 35 minutes, and I was done. I literally wished everyone in the lobby good luck and walked out.
The manager was great when I needed a receipt reprinted, but the front-line service was unacceptable. This location seriously needs to reevaluate who they’re putting at the counter. It reflects poorly on the entire store.

Bad experience. Drive-thru. Ordered a Big Mac with no onions (hate onions and a single one will ruin a meal for me), no pickles, no sauce. You’d think meat, cheese, lettuce and buns would be pretty simple. Got up to the pay window and had the guy read my order back to me. I didn’t hear “cheese” on my Big Mac so queried him. He confirmed that cheese comes on the Big Mac by default. Didn’t move a single car length for about 10 minutes. Finally got up to the pick-up window, received my food, and no cheese on the Big Mac. Handed it back to the gal - she returned in a minute and said “I just put a piece of (cold) cheese on the original one.” I said that was fine. Got home and discovered my Big Mac was full of tiny onions embedded into one of the buns and one patty (I couldn’t see them in the dark when in line in my car). My meal was ruined for all intents and purposes.
To the store/regional/district manager: When you have this many dissatisfied customers/poor reviews, you have a LEADERSHIP problem. And, likely, with that, a TRAINING problem. And/or a STANDARDS/CULTURE problem. And/or a SUPERVISORY/QUALITY ASSURANCE problem. I’d be spending a large percentage of my time being hands-on at this poorly performing store.

Everytime I come to this location my order is wrong food greasy and I have to wait .im now 10 minutes on a valve meal. Cars behind me getting their food I could see if I had a big order . Don't recommend this location.

What a McScam, I came excited to play monopoly only to be scammed out of my playing pieces (probably the $1 million dollar pieces if I had to guess).shopped under the monopoly tab on the keyosk, ordered the large variations (coke and fry) and other items I don't prefer for my chance to play. Even tho it is advertised everywhere you look, when they brought my items none of them had playing pieces. Just my luck, thanks.

This is the worst McDonalds in the state. They are soooo slow! Plan to spend 30 min waiting for your food. You cannot find a worker anywhere. No ability to refill a drink. They skimp on serving sizes. You pay for large and they give you a small. They do not recognize valid coupons. They are rude and dismissive. They do not get your order right. Go elsewhere!

This location is an absolute AWFUL! Handed me a Frappe with caramel dripping over the side.... I asked to have it cleaned off, he wiped it with a napkin and tries to hand me the sticky cup to me! I then told him I wanted a different cup and instead of them just double cupping it..... they pulled me up to remake it! In the meantime, 5 vehicles get their food and I sit and wait for a machine pulled frappe, which takes less than 30 seconds to make! Our food was cold at this point!!!! The staff has poor attitudes also! Get rid of your management team if this is their idea of good customer service expectations!

My 1st time at this McDonald, used the Kiosk and it took 20 min to get the food and all our condiments were not in the bad, had to find a person to help. our order was missing a wrap.

It’s hard for me to understand why you would have two drive through lanes when you have to have all the vehicles pull forward to a designated spot to get your order 15 min later. Poor management. Add staffing. The staff you have work hard and are polite. Underpaid and over worked I’m sure…

This mcdonalds is CONSISTENTLY awful. Always takes so long. I ordered ahead for drive thru and it took 30 minutes to get my order WHEN I GOT THERE. On top of that, my wrap was made wrong, my sandwich was made wrong, and I was missing french fries.
All in all, this location gets orders consistently long and I would never consider this mcd’s location to be fast-food. No matter how far ahead you order, expect to wait. Ordering inside, drive through, curbside, counter pick-up, you will never experience a timely experience here. Ive seen enough, last time I go to this location. There are 3 other locations nearby and I’ll go to those moving forward unless things change.
