We have to place our own orders on the machine. It’s still took them forever to get our order up to us then we had to get our own cups cause there was no one there no salt, no pepper no ketchup the hamburgers had way too much salt on it the fries were cold.

Dirtiest bathrooms in a McD's we've ever seen, incredibly slow service, stale food. Definitely recommend avoiding this location if you can.

Had an issue with the app on a mobile order which has happened before. I got the prompt to put in my spot number and the app crashed. I called in to say I’m sorry my app crashed and I was out in a spot which I have done before and they confirm it and bring it out. I have been frequenting this restaurant since I moved to the area 4 months ago and this has happened multiple times and it was handled without incident. This time the general manager said I would have to reorder and get a refund. I said that is not what I have done in the past and she said I was wrong and that’s not their policy. She then gaslit me and said I had placed the order for drive thru and I said that was a lie and I had chosen curbside pick up like I always do. I then asked to speak to a manager she said she was and I said she was being rude and I have never been treated this badly at this restaurant before. She then tried to confirm my curbside order and hung up on me when I confirmed it and said she was lying about how I placed the order. I will never be back and I suggest you run away from this location. Rude managers should not be allowed to act however they want. By the way, my app receipt even said I ordered curbside.
Instead of flirting with customers and letting them go behind the counter to talk to ya'll how about actually doing your job? It took 35+ mins to get a large fry and Mc'chicken. It wasn't even busy. Ridiculous service.

Who needs HBO when you have the front counter employee making love to the delivery guy while you wait more than 10 minutes for your food? At least they did eventually take it outside while I continued to wait for her to come back and put my order together.

This is the 3rd time I have waited more than 30 minutes for food. This time (and the last) was 40+ and I had to leave. In 40 minutes only 3 people received their carry out orders.

Went through the drive-through and ordered four cheeseburgers, two without onions or pickles. I got to the window, paid, went to the next window, and asked the lady for some sweet and sour sauce. I received my food without the sauce, and one sandwich was just two buns and cheese. Frankly, I think the problem was with the person at the window whom I asked for the sweet and sour sauce. She wasn't very enthusiastic, but that's not important; I just wanted my order correct. Thankfully, the lady at the counter got it all fixed for me.
