10:19am 2/4/2026 (Hendrix) I ordered a salad with extra chicken that barely had any chicken. I believe parsley was on top and it was black and slimy. I don't mind the prices, but I want better quality. Please don't serve me a rotten salad again.

Don’t go here…
They used to have some of the best baked goods, but in a recent business decision they have switched to frozen “baked” goods. The bread is tough, dense, and lacking in flavor. You might as well go to Walmart, because it tastes about the same now. Honestly, their bagels may even be worse now.
I will never buy another thing at panera… these new frozen bread products are gross.

While working in the area for a few months, I came for lunch almost every day. You absolutely have to do an online order unless you’re going to be waiting 25-30 minutes for your food. They’re gonna mess your order up, guarantee it. And if you’re doing pickup, they like to bag it, stand there while they finish bagging 5 other orders, all while intentionally not looking back (you can tell) as they talk about stuff they seen online. And God forbid you interrupt their story and tell them that your order is right in front of them, and has been for the last 4 minuets because 1. They’re gonna have an attitude and 2. They’re gonna give you half the size of a hand sandwich the next day. Remember when I mentioned it takes 25-30 minuets per order? Can’t hold anyone accountable because you’re definitely gonna be late from coming back from lunch. Honestly, if you’re on lunch break, STAY AWAY.

Been here four times for lunch to go. Consistently order the chicken avocado melt with no “zesty sweet peppers.” Three times in a row my sandwich has been clobbered with “zesty sweet peppers.” Pretty straightforward, so you either have a standards/culture issue, and/or a training issue, and/or a quality assurance issue, and/or a leadership/supervision issue. Doesn’t help that our sandwiches were ready 25 minutes late and that you had more people standing around waiting than eating. Recommend you review your entire operation.

Wish I could give a zero. Waited in the drive through for 30 minutes for two sandwiches. Only sandwiches. Went in to ask for a refund, cashier was very apologetic and offered bakery items or drink on the house, while everyone in the kitchen is standing in a circle having a good of time laughing and talking. Good job guys.
This place has outside seating and everyone there was helpful. The food was very good, very unlike a lot of other places it was very fresh.

Decent place but the last three times I was there they gave me regular Pepsi instead of Diet Pepsi in the drive thru - and I placed app online orders so I checked and the receipt was correct.

I stop at Paneras a lot for the coffee and this place is good. Best thing though is I needed an old receipt from a month before and Cory (or Cody?) the manager spent awhile looking, even called me back and emailed me the receipt I needed 30 minutes later. Super friendly, I know I messed up his day but he was super nice the whole time.
