Penn Station East Coast Subs

I've been here a couple of times now, and this location always has consistently good service, a clean restaurant, and friendly staff. Penn Station is my favorite sandwich chain, and this location is a great representation of the company!

One of the best sub shops

Never not working. As a grub hub driver 8ve never seen any employee not doing something. Always helping each other.

As a frequent customer here, I am almost always addressed by name when I walk in, have my food ready to go within 5 minutes, and I always get exactly what I ordered. Employees are friendly, store is clean, and order are accurate, made fresh, and tasty!

I’m actually appalled that this costs 27$. Unknowingly I just ordered a large Philly cheese steak with a large fry and drink I ordered at the counter for take out. What unbelievable pricing. You guys are hilarious and I will never come back. I could have gotten a decent meal with a beer at any sit down restaurant in town for 27$.

I visited 11/14 and WOW! Best cheesesteak I’ve had compared to any other penn station. Maybe ever? Not only that, but the staff was super considerate and down to earth. I love Penn Station and just gotta have it every time I come to town. I left with a smile. Thank you!!

they make the most delicious grilled artichoke sandwhich, I like to add turkey and grilled banana peppers?

me, my boyfriend, and daughter came in and were instantly greeted with a hello and a smile! the employees were all so nice. they also complimented our daughter and were very sweet toward her. this was my first time ever trying the food here and it was delicious! they also gave my boyfriend a free cookie bc it was his bday! def will be coming here again.

Staff is really friendly. One middle aged guy (maybe owner?) Is always in there and does a great job. Always on top of things and serves with a smile :) And a plus for me is if you order online, they wait to drop the fries till you get there so they are always fresh. Hopefully this place sticks around.

Not very friendly

I love their food and normally have a good customer experience but today I walked in. There were only two people in the restaurant at four employees in the back. The first guy was busy said I’ll be right with you while the other three sat there and looked at me and ignored me…. No reason I couldn’t have taken my order. I I was kind of in a hurry and instead went down to Panera
