Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

For this to be a fast food restaurant, I waited at the monitor in the drive thru for a long time before being greeted. I then was placed on a wait before anyone took my order. Another car pulled to the monitor beside me & was greeted and waited on before I was.
I ordered popcorn shrimp & the shrimp had to be a mixture of freshly fried & old shrimp because some was fried so hard that shrimp inside was crunchy and not chewable. While other pieces were edible.
The red beans & rice tasted spoiled & the Mac & Cheese didn’t represent Popeyes traditional taste.
This is my second bad experience at this specific location when it comes to the quality of the food.

A disgrace to Popeyes!

We waited 30 mins on the for our order I ended going to see what was taking so long. I was told the chicken was fresh and it took time to cook. There was a guy in front of me inside and his order was incorrect bag looked as if he was a dasher, which is sad and a inconvenience of his time and money. The lady that was parked from the drive through in front of me had to come inside also. However once back at the residence the sandwich wasn't in the bag!!! My friend called and basically hung up on. I tried to call and they picked up the phone without saying hello as I just heard air in the background as if they picked up and layed the phone down. After saying hello 5-6 times with no response I listened hung up and called back 4-5times and received a busy tone. This place was so unprofessional and confused today.

The food is actually pretty good, but every time I go there they mess up my order. It's to the point that now that I expect it to be messed up. And this is not a hyperbole. Every single time I have gone they mess up the order

If I could give zero stars I would. The issue came when I got up ti the pay window in the drive thru. I handed my card over and I said hello how are u...crickets...I said thank you when he handed my card back...crickets. I said thank you when he handed me my drink...crickets. I said thank you and I hope you have a nice day after I got my food....crickets. I wad completely ignored throughout the whole interaction. Then when I got back to work to eat lunch i realize they hadn't put my tenders in the box. Nor did I get a spork to eat my mashed potatoes. I was never asked what sauces I wanted. I didn't go back for my tenders because I didn't have time. I had to go back to work. And I also do not want to deal with the fight I might receive by going back in. I will never order from another popeyes again..not that they care because my few dollars once in awhile doesn't matter to them anyway.

way too slow, had me waiting a really long time after they said 5 minutes

The guy working the drive through just now was so rude. I sat at the drive-through line waiting for him for five minutes, and a guy pulls up to the line next to me. He helps that guy in his truck before me which angers me because I am in a time rush. And then he decides to talk over me while I am trying to order fast so I can leave. When I get to the window, I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt and so I pay for my food and when he handed me the food after another period of waiting. I said thank you have a good day in which he does not say anything back to me and give me a really rude and disgusting look. He should be fired and it is just not a good customer service at all and he is just RUDE. I understand that you may be going through something, but if you’re gonna be working the drive-through then I hope you uphold your customer service policies and I hope that Popeyes can do something about this because this is not acceptable.

I love popeyes, just not this location. The one in Lafayette is always far superior than the one in West Lafayette which is a bummer.

So it was about 11 o’clock at night and we go through the drive-through and this is on March 15 at 11 PM and we order the shrimp tacklebox and a regular sandwich cheese sandwich and bacon so she asked spicy or classic we say classic she asked me what I wanted with my tacklebox, which I could barely understand her, and I told her I would like red beans and rice And I would like Cajun fries. And make large with lemonade She gives me my total. I pull up to the window and it’s pouring down rain and she opens the window. She says 17 something and I give her 20 when she tells me to pull up but there’s no window there’s no door there’s no nothing pull up to where she can barely speak English and has no clue what’s going on. I give it to the girl for trying, but definitely a communication barrier so before she tells us to pull up, we ask her for some sugar for the lemonade that we ordered and some shrimp sauce and so we pull up like she asked, but there’s no door no window. I’m not getting out of my car in the pouring rain going to get in this bag oh and there not one car behind us or any where around so pulling up made no sense so we pull back around through the drive-through. She comes back to the window looked at us like we’re crazy and is like hold on one second and she goes and gets us our food and check it before we pull off and there’s no sugar so I ask her for sugar. She hand me a spoon. I told her no sugar she goes back and has gone for a second comes back and says I’m sorry and hand me Salt-N-Pepa. She has no clue what’s going on. Don’t know what anything is and to top it off. I got no catch up with my Cajun fries. I got no honey with my biscuit like what is a Popeyes biscuit without the honey like total shit service probably would’ve been in great service if somebody could comprehend while we were saying like I said, I give it to the girl for trying, but she has no idea what anything is. I’m surprised she didn’t hand me a cell phone And say here sugar

Foods good... if they actually happen to put what you asked for in the bag and while you're eating it you don't have a sour taste in your mouth from being treated like dirt by the workers.

Gave me the wrong sandwich last time and this time it was raw.

Avoid!
Staff forgot my order and after twenty minutes I got my 5 piece tenders but cold.

did drive thru, paid with $100, discovered change was short $10 when I got home. Tried to call to report (live >25 miles away) and could never get through. After 10 rings, asked for access code and hung up.

Found plastic in my Mac n cheese.

IT would be nice if they would hire women who could,
Read, ...Write, and .....SPEAK English !
No mater what i order the girl gives me the same wrong
sandwich ,over and over again !
Must be the managers girlfriend,.. since he is a student,
or the owner's son ?
