And always forgot some items in my order, so bad experiences 😡😡😡

Just left there and I gotta give Ms. Kareesha her flowers. She was taking orders and making orders by herself. She maintained her composure with a full lobby and drive thru. Idk why she was working a lunch shift by herself but she deserves the biggest raise and bonus there is. Popeyes please show respect for your employees thats pushing extra to keep the business going.

AVOID THIS PLACE PLEASE. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. THE OTHER REVIEWS SPEAKS TRUTH. THE ENTIRE STAFF IS RUDE, laughing and joking around all the time. Food and customer service is as poor as the staff that works there. Owners need to resolve whatever and all issues listed by other reviews. Or make it into a parking lot. Worst place I’ve been to EVER

They are super rude at this location. They handed my order to another customer, she put her hands in it, and they were about to serve it to me! Some Mexican heavy-set lady with tattooed eyebrows stood at the window trying to be intimidating, but it didn't work in the slightest. Another had an attitude and was on her phone. Shut down the whole establishment. Get new staff or send staff to some sort of customer service training course, especially the ones who barely speak English. Save your time and money.

Awful I came here for the one piece meal and didn't gave me my drink I came back for my drink and it says that there is a special glass for the drink and they said that there were out of stock i literally saw the cups just there what do you mean there is no more.

I give this restaurant 10/10. I usually have hit or miss experiences with fast food restaurants. However my experience was positive. Staff paid attention to my order and didn’t get annoyed when I asked to change my order at the window.

I came to this Popeyes drive-thru and asked for a moment to check the menu. Once I said I was ready, I was left sitting there for what felt like forever—about five minutes—before anyone bothered to respond. When she finally came back, her first words were a snippy, “Are you ready to order?” We placed the order, but I could barely understand her. When I asked her to repeat herself, she got irritated and raised her voice—basically yelling at me. The attitude was beyond rude. At least the food turned out fine, if nothing else.

Don’t expect to have your food right away, at least 30m. Never again!

Food is very mediocre; always lukewarm. Service is very slow, as if they are understaffed. They disrespect your time by taking and serving others' orders even though you showed up first. The second drive-thru lane is fake; they say they will be with you shortly, then only serve the first lane.

Very poor service makes you feel like it's a bother to serve you

This place is awful. I came to pick up my mobile order, and the employee with dreadlocks told me to wait and said she would bring my order out to me. I waited for a very long time—almost until the store was about to close. When I finally went back to the window to ask, she had completely forgotten about me.

What made it worse was that she made up a ridiculous excuse, saying she went outside twice looking for me and thought I had left. The parking lot is extremely small, and my car was parked right next to her window the entire time. There was no way she couldn’t have seen it.

I was extremely angry and frustrated. After handing me my food, she even awkwardly complimented me—completely unnecessary and honestly insulting after what happened. I almost never leave negative reviews, but this experience was beyond unacceptable. This was truly unprofessional service.
