Why is 1 person making 10 drinks while the other 3 workers are just standing around???? I don’t know if they don’t have enough equipment for making drinks or what but this place needs better management. Feel bad for the guy doing the starship orders too as the others are no help
Friendly baristas at a convenient location on campus.
Order my Starbucks on the app and when I arrived my matcha was not made correctly. Matcha powder was stuck to the cup on all sides and throughout the entire drink. When I asked the barista to remake it she said that’s how it looks some times. I said to her this is like getting coffee grounds in a cup of coffee. Shouldn’t happen! Here is a photo of my drink after they “remade” it.
