I’m someone who spends at least $20 every single day at Starbucks—between breakfast and two venti coffees. That adds up to over $500 a month. Unfortunately, this particular store has consistently provided one of the worst experiences I’ve had at any Starbucks location.
1. The restrooms are often unclean, and there is never any bathroom tissue available.
2. Despite visiting the store multiple times, the staff regularly fail to call my name when my order is ready, even though they call out names for other customers.
3. My wife and I have also noticed a troubling pattern: the staff enthusiastically greet and acknowledge other customers as they walk in, but when we enter—especially when my wife is wearing her hijab—we’re routinely ignored.

I’m someone who always tries to give others the benefit of the doubt, so I’ve given this store multiple chances. But after repeated experiences like this, it feels as though we’re not being treated as valued customers.

It’s disappointing and disheartening to spend so much at a place that doesn’t show us basic respect or hospitality.

asked for a drink with no whipped cream . they gave me one with whipped cream and i let them know it was supposed to be without it . they took the drink back scrapped the whipped cream off and gave it right back instead of kindly making another .

Girl with purple hair in the drive thru working in the morning on July 30th was rude and Condescending. I would suggest putting nicer employees at the window when dealing with customers.

Been here 3 times. Can’t get out of here in less than 25 minutes regardless of their staff level of time of day. Long waits and disorganized almost every time I’ve been.

Has a tendency to close at random times which leaves folks sitting at the drive-through wondering why no one is taking their order. Came by 10/28 and they were closed at 8:25.
