The bloom has fallen from the bush. Used to get something every day. I would not go back if it was free. I dont even purchase cold brew in stores.

The employees are unbelievable. They are so bubbly and a pleasure to be around. They make my husband and I smile every time.

every time i come here drinks are terrible and service is trash. my peppermint mocha wasn’t cold,. Amanda was rude and looked like she had no idea what she was doing. didn’t say hi, have a good day, nothing just said the total and that it’ll ask for “her tip.” they weren’t busy in the drive though (we were the only one in line) and it took her 5 minutes to even open the window for payment. it takes a few seconds to say i’ll be right with you or hello. stay away from this starbucks, don’t waste your time & the ones up the road are way better !!!

AWESOME STAFF! So sweet and they absolutely made my day! They were so festive for fall and that is my favorite season! 🍁 they wrote a cute little yay on my cup because I had mentioned this is my first fall drink of the season! A pumpkin cold foam cold brew! DELICIOUS 🎃

I’m someone who spends at least $20 every single day at Starbucks—between breakfast and two venti coffees. That adds up to over $500 a month. Unfortunately, this particular store has consistently provided one of the worst experiences I’ve had at any Starbucks location.
1. The restrooms are often unclean, and there is never any bathroom tissue available.
2. Despite visiting the store multiple times, the staff regularly fail to call my name when my order is ready, even though they call out names for other customers.
3. My wife and I have also noticed a troubling pattern: the staff enthusiastically greet and acknowledge other customers as they walk in, but when we enter—especially when my wife is wearing her hijab—we’re routinely ignored.
I’m someone who always tries to give others the benefit of the doubt, so I’ve given this store multiple chances. But after repeated experiences like this, it feels as though we’re not being treated as valued customers.
It’s disappointing and disheartening to spend so much at a place that doesn’t show us basic respect or hospitality.

asked for a drink with no whipped cream . they gave me one with whipped cream and i let them know it was supposed to be without it . they took the drink back scrapped the whipped cream off and gave it right back instead of kindly making another .
Eleventh House, Sacred Grounds, and Wanderlust are the better coffee options but I dropped in for that Elphaba cold brew after nearly five years of shying away from dropping quality and price increases. It is so good! Low sugar, dairy free, a fantastic smooth enjoyable fun drink. This is one of the better locations, more room, less hectic, and offering all those classes getting sugar dumped into a milkshake with espresso. Well over eighty grams and so much sodium too, so unhealthy! According to my caffeine nerd professor, Starbucks gets away with cheap beans because the burnt roast not only hides flaws in the food but ensures the stuff does not need to be fresh. Quite nice the cold brew method hides a bit of that issue. I cannot recommend Starbucks so quick even to sweet toothed children who think caramel is in the food pyramid. It's a pity because this place is enjoyable, friendly staff, polite, quick, and an amazing mobile app with an albeit confusing rewards program.

Can not make French vanilla Cappuccino coffee. The food was awful. Service was horribly poor. The employees would not get off their phones. WILL NOT GO BACK!
