The tonkotsu ramen was rich and flavor packed. Chicken karaage was crispy and the sauce added to the taste. Service was polite and swift. Some chattering of customers without any really loud noise while eating. The seasonings available on the table are nice if you want to adjust the spice and flavor to your taste.

Phenomenal atmosphere and Asian cuisine, rich menu showing off some unusual additions for ramen tho I saw turkey in photos then noticed it is gone now, no worries I tried the wagyu ramen. It's good! Great staff, solid location, amazing variety, us three guys enjoyed the garage. Possibly the best chicken nuggets I've ever had. There's a fever dream in the details, top tier ingredients, and all combined for a very easy recommendation.

i’ve ate at strings just about every time I visit purdue campus and a majority of the time the servers are great. However recently, despite having attentive servers and staff, I can’t help but notice how often I see a specific manager (I believe she told me her name was jing jing?) who’s often on her phone or distracted, and just generally rude to the other staff?? overall, ive a good experience eating here but I just can’t help but feel bad for the other staff…

I’ve been to a few other places around here but Strings Ramen definitely hits the spot. The Shio ramen was clean, delicate, and comforting. Highly recommend.
