Went throught the drive through were the guy taking the money had his phone near the register. This is a credit card security threat. Not only that they used my card to pay out someone else's oder. They did not even tell me about it until I complain about they guy on his phone in the drive through. Thank goodness they gave me receipt or else I would not have known until I checked my banking. The manager on duty, Patricia, said she was going to talk to Joshua about his phone. The whole experience has left a highly sour taste in my mouth. I was willing to dive off with out our drinks, but my niece wanted hers. This is completely unprofessional way to act and bless her heart that she thinks im rude I have the right to be mad about my information having a possible leak, it takes just a second to take a Picture of a credit card. Patricia acted as if this was no big deal. When in reality it is a major offense.

Employees lied to me saying you can't order 2 hamburger patties, they have to charge 9 dollars for the whole sandwich. Meanwhile I've stopped at 30 other Wendy's in Indiana and Illinois and its no problem and they only cost 1.50 a patty.

Our cashier Elijah charged us for chicken nuggets when we used a coupon. When we asked for a refund for the coupon item, he said we'd have to make another purchase in order to use the coupon correctly.

Kinda a long review but worth the read. I usually go to this wendy’s as it’s not far from my house, well tonight i saw my ex boyfriends mom is now a manager there. sure fine whatever, well apparently not! I ordered a vanilla oreo brownie frosty, also not my first time ordering this. We got out food and the manager (ex’s mom) asked if i wanted vanilla or chocolate as the vanilla frosty wasn’t ready yet and would take a few minutes, i said the vanilla and she closed the window. few min later she handed me the frosty and said in the most 15 year old girl voice ever “here you go! have a good night!” i said you too and drove off. as i was setting it down i realized there was no oreo and instead of brownie it was hot fudge and completely melted literally like milk. That’s when i realized she knew who i was and purposely made this wrong. Anyways we go to go inside and ask for a new one, and they had closed the lobby even though it said it was supposed to be closed at 10pm and it was only 9. So we got back in line and waited for about 10 min at least, got to the order thing and said “hey we ordered a oreo brownie frosty and there is no oreo in it” the man manager then literally laughed in our face and said “sorry i rang you in wrong, pull off to the side and we will make you a new one KEVIN” (aka the man version of karen so basically calling us a name for wanting the food we PAID for to be right) anyways we pulled away and went to another wendy’s because it wasn’t even worth fighting with grown adults over. The absolute unprofessionalism from those two MANAGERS is INSANE!! how do i know she didn’t spit in it? i wouldn’t be surprised based on the way that frosty looked. Anyways managers name is PATTI SPOOR! i wish i had gotten a picture of the frosty because it was absolutely atrocious. Two grown adult managers at least 20 years older than me being petty high schoolers! Their bosses will be hearing all of this aswell but i think google should know too! they just hire anyways at this wendy’s apparently!
