We literally NEVER get the right order. Either something is missing, & we have to go back out and pick it up what they missed or the order is wrong. I don't want the free food vouchers...just the correct food the FIRST time. Crazy.

This restaurant is dirty. When told that their drinking station was filthy, the worker just said, "We clean it at night." It was 4pm, the restaurant had no customers other than my husband and I; and why would that be ok for a 4pm customer to get her drink from a dirty machine?

You know I love the food at Wendy's which is why I went to my local Wendy's last night at 11pm (Google says open til midnight) but low and behold the lights were off on menu board, and turned down in the restaurant but looked like the employees were just hanging out and chilling inside. No sign up with an excuse of something wrong or closing early for a Christmas party, just simply could not get a bowl of chili and mushroom burger like I wanted. Sadly disappointed

thanks for getting 4/5 orders wrong, food cold, threw 4 slices of cheese on the patty and called it good. Wasted $50. Waste of money going here
How is it that I arrive at 9:30 and the doors were already locked when it says that it closes at 10 for carry out I’m a semi driver and it is hard for us to try to get meals at a decent time. A place closes early.

The employees handing out food in the drive-thru were rude and never said anything only handed me a bag then turned their back before I could ask a question. The pre-ordered and prepaid food was not even hot. Very disappointing.
