I hate being a negative person, but this Wendy's doesn't seem to always have a good flow in their grill area. It takes a remarkable amount of time to get a basic order to the counter for them. Not sure if it's who they hire/how they train/or how they staff themselves, but it could use some improvement.

Always check your bags before leaving. The food is excellent and the staff friendly, but they are a busy location and are constantly forgetting one or two items. The evening shift manager at this location is helpful, responsive, and apologetic in equal measure.

I'm traveling with a service dog to begin with, I've been to multiple Wendy's establishments from here to Colorado, and each one has charged me $1.69 for individual patties (No seasoning for my dog) this location in lafayette west decided that I would have to buy a triple burger at $10.99; when I only wanted the patties. I asked to speak to a manager , the young girl who didn't know how to ring it up, claimed she was suddenly the manager... I expressed my confusion as all the other Wendy's were doing this and she said the owner will not allow it. I canceled my order. Greed has no place in feeding our families.

Was made to wait 22 minutes in the drive thru as the car 2 ahead of me sat there at the window. Instead of making them pull up, we waited on them to get their order. After they left, each car has their order ready. Cold and NASTY! WASTE OF $20
Food was fresh and hot, nothing was wrong, and we had little wait for our food.
