Nice inside and clean , good food options, friendly staff - wish they were doing the voice in drive through.
Also / exterior along street please fix and enhance. So much concrete and the tiniest plants. Maybe it’s part city but every business is always required to have trees - just size them to match building and large evergreens so it’s screened all year - everyone will find it regardless. But a softer look would be best to blend into community ~ just wish they wouldn’t keep allowing them to have ugly street presence or hope a retailer would step up to create it . We drive this area a lot to grand park and despite reporting it , it still is concrete everywhere with no trees / creating an eye sore for community.

AI drive through attendant is the worst! I have stopped here several times and it has gotten my order wrong every single time, even after verifying. You are handicapping the wonderful employees you have. Every person I have interacted with was very professional and kind, but I do not want to
come to this location simply because of the AI. Let the great staff do their jobs and talk to the customers!!! Food is Arbys, not much to say. It's roast beef.

I placed an order for the be pulled pork sandwich. I was asked what kind and choose the sweet and sour flavor. However when I took a bite of the sandwich, there wasn’t any sauce on it. So I looked in the bag to see if it came separately and there wasn’t a packet in the bag. Normally sauce isn’t an issue. But when it’s part of the sandwich then it kinda is. So I tried calling in about my order and no answer. I tried calling a few more times, no answer. So it seems like the customer service experience isn’t that good.

I have had 2 sandwiches for $7 at almost all the Arby’s stores but this one refused it saying it’ll need a physical coupon and doesn’t apply for chicken sandwiches…Will not visit again.
