We love Zaxby's, unfortunately there isn't one in my area.
First time here and one of the bathroom floor’s was covered in foamy urine. The toilet was covered in it too. Food was similar to Canes.
First time here I waited for an hour for cold food. This time it was under 15 minutes for hot food.

Based on the reviews, Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings has delicious food, especially the Zalads. The food is hot and fast, and everything is great. However, the chicken tenders were not juicy this time and kinda dried out. One time the food tasted like old oil with no sauces. The restaurant kindly allowed guests to park overnight after a car accident, showing hospitality, understanding, and kindness from the employees to the manager. The manager in training also explained a service dog situation well. The location can be noisy if there are youth soccer teams, but the food is still great.
