I love this Biggby; I just wish they would become a little more efficient. Doesn’t matter what time of day I come, if there’s a lot of customers, or if I’m the only customer it’s always at LEAST 10 minutes to get a coffee. Don’t get me wrong I don’t mind waiting for a good coffee; just wish sometimes they were a little quicker.
I would leave them six stars but I can’t. The staff are all amazing and sweet. They go above and beyond to help.
When they first open I had a bad day and had brought my dog with me. Forgetting i can’t bring her inside. A worker notice me standing outside and even though she was off the clock she took my order outside and brought my food outside.
