Birdies Grill House and Sports Bar

Terrible experience. We sat at the downstairs bar. We waited and waited for service. Finally asked for service and was met with attitude. We thought wow! Well everyone has a bad day. Ordered two entrees. Only one came. Who knows what happened to the other meal. Finally figured out it was never cooked. Well I guess that’s what we get. While one of the managers sat at the bar and watched the whole experience. They never came over to make things better. We just left and will not return. The service is terrible!

We had the worst experience at this restaurant today. Our server didn’t attend us until 20 mins and then she had issues with the order. She didn’t know how to take the order. Then she mentioned one of the item isn’t available. We had to wait for another 30 mins for the check. After looking at the check we realized she charged us extra for all the sides. I asked her multiple times if they were extra and she said no and then she charged us. Overall we had bad service and paid extra.

I really wanted to like this place, but the experience was disappointing. The restaurant seemed very understaffed, and we had to wait much longer than expected just to be seated and served. The staff who were there were polite, but it was clear they were overwhelmed. Hopefully they can improve staffing because the long wait took away from the overall experience.

Amazing all the way around!!!! My family was on vacation from Ohio and wanted to celebrate a birthday. Frances was amazing at helping me coordinate the party for 18 the day of within an hour! She got us a semi-private room with buffet style food which was super delicious. Taylor was our server and made sure everyone was taken care of and enjoying themselves. She was very attentive and extremely friendly. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure the night was perfect, and this is very rare these days. We played putt putt afterward and had a blast! Customer service is top notch! Thank you to everyone at Birdie's for making a last minute event such a wonderful experience that we will always remember!

The ice cream cones that we bought were not served right.

Horrible all around. Went with big group with reservations. Service was god awful thought the management was making it right but found the out they charged my account for the golf. If you’re coming to town for sports avoid this place

Pretty disappointing overall.

When we first moved to Westfield in 2024, we tried Birdie's a few times and I actually really liked it. I'm a huge wing fan and started ordering carryout regularly. At first, 15 traditional wings were around $26-$28, but then the price jumped to $32. The price hike definitely turned me off, but inflation hits us all and I don't mind especially when the money goes to local business. But, after several carryout orders that were consistently late—usually 10-15 minutes past the quoted time, and once nearly 30 minutes—I stopped ordering for quite a while.

Recently I decided to give them another shot. The online ordering experience through Cash App was a mess. Some items couldn't be ordered correctly, the system wasn't charging tax, and it somehow moved my order to Monday because it listed the restaurant as closed on weekends. I ended up calling to place the order over the phone and was told the Cash App order would be canceled and refunded.

When I went to pick up my food, the staff wasn't particularly friendly. I brought up the Cash App order again just to make sure everything was handled, and I was told a second time that it had already been taken care of.

Then I got home and found that the wings I ordered extra crispy were clearly not extra crispy (photos attached), and the ranch was missing entirely. The tres leches cake was small for $10, but I'll give credit where it's due—it was delicious.

To top it all off, I checked my card statement later and found that the Cash App order was never refunded after all, despite being told twice that it would be handled.

It's frustrating because I've had good food here before. But between the higher prices, the long carryout waits, the broken online ordering system, unfriendly service, missing items, and being charged for an order that was supposed to be canceled, it's hard for me to justify coming back.

The Restaurant is clean. The Service was Excellent. The Food was Delicious. I Highly Recommend it.

I would have rated Birdies a 5 star, but on the weekends, kids run around without their parents attending them. It was loud which was fine, but the table of six unattended kids next to us became a bit of an issue.
