Pizza was good, and maybe it was my fault for ordering a salad with it, but when I opened the salad package this was what I saw, pretty gross. You guys may want to check these before you deliver them to people.
They are not very generous with meat toppings, especially when they are running a promotion. Maybe one tiny bit of meat per slice, if you are lucky

Absolutely terrible customer service. Placed an order to be delivered at 5:45pm delivery time and our food was on the make line until 6:30. Once I called to cancel the order the supposed manager for the night had an absolute terrible attitude with me for no reason when they were the ones that couldn’t explain to me why it took so long. For an order that was placed at 9 AM earlier in the day. I do not recommend this place for anything. The reason I was given for a few to be so delayed because they did not have enough delivery drivers for rush-hour. Are used to work for pizza places for two years Domino’s and Papa John’s and when we had a delivered time that was going to be late on a pre-order we would have to call and notify because that was that person’s dinner. Poor management and wouldn’t trust anything to eat from here. If that’s how they Treat customers imagine how they treat your food.

3 hour wait for a pizza. !! Call and check on status of online order after an hour .. rude !! It’s Friday and we are short staffed. It will be 2 hrs.
The lady she work there she said she is general manager ordered big catering order worth $130.00 around just ask for sauce drizzel on top just for couple pizza she said no very rudely. I been going to other dominos and they do that for me.

Went to get takeout my friend picked the order up. Upon opening my pizza I realized they forgot the sauce. When I called the lady on the phone was highly unprofessional and rude. Made it seem like she didn’t care and wanted my call to end. She said she’d reimburse my account for the dipping sauces but never did so. Been going here for awhile now but this experience lost my business.

Every time I order from this location I get fast and friendly service, the staff has gone out of their way to be exceptionally helpful. You get the quality pizza you’d expect from Domino’s every time.

For the fourth consecutive time my wife and I have placed an order(online) with This Dominoes just to have them IMMIDIATLY call us and tell us they are both out of an ingredient we ordered and they have nobdelivery drivers..... this has become a bit ridiculous. Why even have a Pizza place which specializes in deliveries, being they dont have a dine in experiance, and have no drivers. I would NEVER recommend this dominoes. I will be driving to Noblesville to get my food from now on.

On Tuesday, 7/30/24 I ordered two pizzas. The order was placed around 7:45pm. The driver shows up around 8:27pm. The driver had one pizza. He said he would be right back with the gluten free pizza. I called the store immediately to let them know. They manager assured me that it would be right out and he would give me a credit. A little after 9:00 pm I call because I still did not have my pizza. This time a lady answers and proceeded to tell me that my pizza was never made and that they were making it right now. She offered me a coupon, and I told her that the manager already gave me a credit. At 9:30 I still do not have my pizza. I call back and they said the driver just left but has two stops before me. The driver finally gets to my house between 9:50. The pizza I ordered had no toppings on it that I ordered. I call a 4th time to tell the manager and he states "I already gave you a credit". I take a bite into the pizza and realize it is not gluten free and become ill. Maybe they had a bad night. But when it comes to getting ill there is a concern.

We ordered to our hotel room and the person who took our call said the wait was going to be 30 minutes. An hour went by and we called the store again and asked how much longer the wait would be, they told us they had accidentally not put the order through.

Perhaps the worst pizza I have ever had! It was so undercooked that the cheese wasn’t completely melted. After a long day at a baseball tourney, kids just wanted pizza , and to chill at our hotel. Our pizza was quickly part of the hotel garbage and McDonald’s saved the day!

I never even got to order lunch. The first time I called they hung up and the second time I called I just sat on hold for 15 mins. That's half of my lunch so needless to say I didn't get lunch today because people won't do the job they are being paid for.

The staff here is amazing. I took my students here for a community based instruction trip. The staff here went above and beyond to accommodate us. I did not catch the name of the man that really went out of the way to help us while working through orders. But he had dark hair and tattoos and he was just amazing! Thank you thank you thank you for making their work experience trip memorable!

We have been waiting almost two hours and our food is still prepping. We called and no answer. We can't even cancel the order. We are trying to call corporate. Perhaps, the owner should be more involved in the operation or maybe employees should be paid more, if not replaced.Update: My husband drove over there to cancel the order.
