I always put my order in either on the app or online on the computer. I let them know when I am going to come and pick my order up so that way it will be hot and ready to go when I get there. I have never ever had to wait a long time for my food. It is always fresh out of the oven. And so good. I always order the Philly Cheese Steak Pizza because it is so good and the only kind of pizza that I can eat. Dominos has always been pretty good. The atmosphere is great, service is fast and on time. Food is amazing. The Staff is wonderful.

We have always ordered from this store but they have steadily gotten worse. The pizza we got tonight was the last straw! There was very little sauce or toppings and dry hard crust! This is the last time we will be ordering from this dominoes in Westfield.

Ordered food online, it froze and didn't give me confirmation via email or online but it charged my card. I called the store to just ensure they got the order. The person on the other end of the phone, didn't provide their name, was extremely rude. I explained the situation and that I was just confirming the order was received. He didn't ask my name or for any information and said "ya we got it. It'll be 2.5 hours" while on the phone I got a confirmation email that shows 41 minutes. So I said "oh, 2.5 hours???" Just said "correct" no explanation. The tone of voice was extremely rude. Never asked my name or anything. Felt extremely unwelcome and like I shouldn't have ordered food. Customer service was very poor.

Waited 35 minutes and saw that my order was not cooking yet. Called and spoke with Shaye, he said they were running at least 90 minutes. Asked why the app would give a completely different estimate. He said he didn’t know he didn’t care they were running 90 minutes. Based on previous reviewer, I requested my money back I don’t have that kind of time. It’s a shame, I haven’t tried Domino’s in a long time. And I will not be trying them ever again.

Ordered on 11/3/23 - tipped 31% - food got here after a complete other delivery that had the driver pass literally my house. You could see him drive right pass us. 15 minutes later - our pizza got to us cold. The box wasn’t even warm. But driver enjoyed his 31% and could care less.Tonight we try it again.Different driver, again passes my house to “ deliver a nearby order “ that’s 20 minutes away .I can’t wait to enjoy this cold pizza. I preheated my oven for when it makes its arrival.I’m done giving this place opportunities to redeem itself. I think it’s time as a corporation to wash your hands of this franchise, and let another business take your space .

Sitting here on a Sunday night. 42 minute estimate on my order. It's been an hour and the pizza isn't even in the oven yet. I called and talked to Shea, who could not have been less helpful. Had no idea on a time and no idea where the next driver was. Maybe I'll get it before bedtime?Edit: Delivery took 1 hour and 50 minutes.

The first and last time I order from this place. I always order from pizzahut.This place is near me so I thought I would give them a try. Oder was wrong. Called and spoke to Travis who claims he is the manager. Hung up on me and said he was voiding my order. Ok. Rude!!! Callled again to speak to the manager... said he was the manager and hung up on me again! Really???... called a third time and got the same thing!!! Worst customer service ever!!! Will never do bussines with again!!!! Dominoes... want to succeed in a growing city???... dont hire people like this. They will only help you lose customers like me. The worst experience ever!!!
Took advantage of domino's 50% off menu priced pizzas & tried a lot of their GF options. With half off, GF pizzas were only $7.99 with toppings- such a steal. I enjoyed their plain cheese pizza but my favorite was Buffalo chicken. Easy ordering process online & they provide updates to watch the progress of your pizza. Once it was ready, easy pick up in the store & friendly staff. No issues & would return again!

Half off pizzas on all pizzas was a great deal we found and a fun way to try new creations. Even the gluten free crust was half off and was good. Usual thin crust. The buffalo chicken was really good, would get that again!
