Everyone is so friendly and helpful with ordering for someone who has food sensitivities for drink options. This Starbucks has the nicest staff that takes time to ask you about your day while you wait for your coffee. A little acknowledgment goes a long way in customer service & they do that well here!
Dietary restrictions: They offer multiple milk substitutes at this location. Staff are very knowledgeable on what delinks are considered dairy free or not. I always check on Go Dairy Free website first but still ask the staff too.

Very loud employees. Usually Starbucks hold for business meeting , students study , or small talks . Not sure why this location every time we go to , very loud employees behind the counter also the knocking or slamming very very loud . The talk with each other covers the talks of the guests/ customers in the dinning room .

The only reason I give it a 4 star is because 1 out of 3 times I actually get my caramel crunches. I love those little things! You figure if you paid extra for them they'd put it in there but alas nay. Mobile order seems to be a little less together than straight ordering from the window or inside. But other than that, the people who work there are fantastic, very nice and professional.

This Starbucks is actually the best, the staff they have is amazing. I go through the drive thru and no matter which one it is that day they are in a great mood so friendly. They make my mornings!

I have visited this location a handful of times since they opened. Every time the service has been extremely slow. I suggest not going through the drive-thru, it's crazy how slow It is even if there's only one or two cars. If there's a line, I would just keep on driving to the next Starbucks at the next exit.
I absolutely love this location! They're always so fast and friendly. Even when an inevitable mix-up happens, like someone else taking my mobile order, they're quick to fix the issue. It's so nice to see staff and managers that actually care about their customers!

This location at 191st is by far my favorite, the staff is friendly and very efficient and the manager is very hands on and always pleasant. I appreciate our food and beverage peeps, they are the hardest working in the game!

We are part of the Westfield community and frequent this local Starbucks. To put it simply, it is the best, thanks to its amazing staff! Every visit is a delight because the team here always goes above and beyond to make sure each customer feels special. From remembering my usual order to their friendly smiles and efficient service, they truly make my day better. The baristas are not only skilled in crafting perfect drinks but also genuinely care about creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere. Drive Thru or in the store, I always leave with a smile. Placed a mobile order this morning to pick up on my way to work. When I got to the window they couldn’t find my drink a White Chocolate Macadamia Cream Cold Brew. I was told, “Someone swiped your order and we are making a new one.” Was handed a hot drink. I let the drive through person know this was not what I ordered. She stated this was the only order they had for a person by my first name. She became defensive and surly asking what I ordered and said maybe it was with another store. I showed her my phone, confirming I was in the correct location and showing it was indeed a cold drink. Her immediate reply was, “I don’t control technology.” My shocked response was, What did you say? That was very rude!” We got into a back and forth because she was not going to retract or apologize and I was not going to stand for the rudeness. I asked for a refund and she said, “That’s what I’m trying to do.” I asked for a manager and she claimed to be the manager. Ultimately I told her to forget it and drove off. Her technology comment was 100% out of line and merited an apology. This individual may posses the knowledge to run a business as a manager, but she has zero customer service or social skills. Starbucks is doing themselves and the community a disservice allowing this person to be in a customer facing position.

Rude and would not remake my Macha latte after they made it hot instead of iced. I told them, and they rudely said we can't return that and walked off
