For the last few years this Dairy Queen has been terrible. They never give a good amount of toppings on the ice cream every other dairy queen piles it on. But finally the last few times I have gone it's back to how it should be! Idk if there is a new owner or the owner finally read the reviews but hopefully this continues been a customer here my whole life and it's been a shame to see how it's been the last few years.

Our food was cold. Fries and chicken strips. If sales are slow, make the food fresh. Plus, brought my sundae out before my food. Best item of the meal. Can’t do the survey so I can the free dilly bar. No survey code. You would think this Dairy Queen would have better food quality since they are competing with McDonald’s. I rather wait for hot fries instead of getting cold, nasty food. Do better.

We were heading out of the area and back to South Bend yesterday and I was so thankful for the service we got. My son couldn’t see past the ice cream but the employee (I didn’t get her name but she had red hair) was so patient and helped him figure out what he wanted. Our service was wonderful, the order was given to us exactly as we place it and we felt very welcomed. Will definitely be back next time we are in town. Thanks for making a long day better!
