This is the nicest Taco Bell I have ever been to. Sadly, we’ve had to come accustomed to fast food places that are questionably clean. From dirty bathrooms, kitchens, dining areas, or employees who smoke or vape directly outside of the building making customers wonder when was the last time their hands were washed. This Taco Bell has horrible service. We live nearby and try to go here a few times a month. Every time we go there’s some kind of issue or the employees are rude. They don’t know how to track mobile orders, we have issues every time. They need good management and workers that know how to use the systems!

I did go back after my shift, and was issued a refund. The older lady in the pink and white outfit was kind and quick to fix the issue. Thank you
I Went through the drive thru, and nobody was answering the speaker so I went inside and was not greeted. I tried to use the self serve kiosk, but at the end when I went to pay, it just froze and the lady finally acknowledged me saying there was no wifi for it to work, but im pretty sure she just hadn't opened the system...read full review
