“I have to say this location has significantly improved since December when Jessica came here. We stopped coming to this location because the prior crew was not very friendly and the store was not well kept. The store is much cleaner, hospitable crew and Jessica has the best customer service skills in the business. I hope you know your business has a gem in Jessica. Give them a raise.“

“I agree with someone who mentioned the tables are dirty and there was no kidding a full table of staff sitting and talking. After they finished not a single one washed any of the tables. I’ll attach a photo of just one of the tables that was like that when we arrived and after we finished eating.

And this is a general chipotle complaint, but the chips are just terrible. One of my favorite guacamole restaurants but every time I try the chips they are awful. Otherwise this is like any other chipotle.“

“This is the nicest Taco Bell I have ever been to. Sadly, we’ve had to come accustomed to fast food places that are questionably clean. From dirty bathrooms, kitchens, dining areas, or employees who smoke or vape directly outside of the building making customers wonder when was the last time their hands were washed. The expectation bar for fast food joints is generally set low. We expect food for cheap and relatively quick. We come for the convenience factor and have been trained to expect nothing more.

Well this Taco Bell is the exception. The dining area is very clean. The drink area is clean and free of sticky spilled residue. The utensil area is neat and orderly.

They conveniently have two kiosk available inside to order, but if you prefer to talk to a real person to order, there is someone available.

Aside from the cleanliness of the restaurant. The team members are actually pleasant and professional. They even brought our food to us to our table. I’ve never had that experience before with the exception of chic-fil-a. Who ever is the lead/manager at this specific taco bell has done a fine job training and making expectations of their team clear. They really do care about what kind of experience their customers have.

So next time you’re driving down I65 or Whitestown parkway, make sure to stop here to quench your thirst or fill your belly.

“I usually get the spicy burrito. My friend picked our to go order up and came to my house which I'm less than 1 mile away. Not only was it not hot but it had no meat other than ground beef. No chicken, no steak and was just terrible I threw it out. I've always bragged on El Jarepio to my family and friends but lately it's not been good. My last order of the 5 different enchiladas definitely wasn't what we got. We both ordered the same thing. I don't know what is going on but 2 times in a month is ridiculous..“

“We're traveling & couldn't deal with leftovers so we ordered the seafood nachos to split between the two of us. DELISH! The grilled shrimp were amazing, the tilapia so delicate, the crab perfection. The queso had a heat that snuck up on you. 5 star dinner! Had the Pink Cadillac & Blue Hawaiian margaritas; both tasty.

Kids meals come with a sundae - our son kiddo was more feeling the chips & queso so we got to enjoy it for dessert.

Great quality food and service. Ive seen their staff cleaning regularly, pulling back stoves wiping meticulously. Everyone is always respectful and gives good portions. Management is friendly and informative even giving samples and meal tips. Highly recommend“
