“We placed a Door Dash order through the Taco Bell app and ended up missing half of our order, likely due to a missing bag. Timothy, the manager on duty, was extremely helpful when we called and explained the situation. He was able to provide us with a solution and even took extra time to follow up with us later on.“

“I would rate Bugambilias at 4.5 stars. The restaurant was small, neat, and clean. The service was efficient and friendly. The food was was not salty or greasy and had excellent flavor, which reminded me of good Mexican restaurants in southern California. The salsa was mild but flavorful and not salty. I didn't ask about medium or hot salsa because mild was good for us. My Shrimp Fajita was the best I've had with perfectly seared shrimp and tender but not overcooked or burned vegetables. My companions also loved their Mole Poblano and Beef Mexiote. The fried ice cream and churros were very good for dessert. I recommend it, and we will definitely be back soon.“

“service was bad. we arrived there on 6/19/24 after 6pm and set at the bar the bartender with glasses was rude. the table was sticky, we asked him twice to wipe the table down. we had to end up asking another bartender to wipe the table down so the other bartender got upset because he heard us asking someone else, so he decided to throw the towel on our table and my husband said that is your job to wipe the table not ours, so the other bartender asked us to please excuse him, and he wiped it down. no sir that was rude and unacceptable. so, we did give the nice bartender a nice tip. moral of the story is do not block your blessings over nonsense do your job and be nice to customers if u cannot be professional then you should get another job not dealing with customers. have a bless day!“

“Bubbakoo's Burritos has been open since February. We just discovered them. I am hooked. They are a Mexican Fusion Restaurant. That means they are mostly Mexican but also have some chinese and some hawaiian. I am hooked on their Taco Salad but I also want to try their Burrito-dilla. Everything on the menu looks delicious. I took my grandson there for dinner this evening. He's fairly picky and he got shredded beef tacos. He wants to go back. They have a fairly extensive menu. And they also have a kids menu. You can also do online ordering for pickup or delivery.“

“Good chimichanga, I usually dont like beans and onions in them but in this case they really balanced it out, add the provided red/brown salsa and it was probably the best tasting one Ive had. Had it with chicken and chorizo, which is not a usual option but they accommodated my request anyway which I appreciate.“

“I’ve been here a few times and the food doesn’t disappoint. I did have a disappointing experience today with our bill however. There was an extra meal charged on our bill which I brought to our servers attention. When she returned, I found that instead of voiding and printing a corrected bill, she ran a credit charge for the overage. This meant I had to pay the higher incorrect charge and wait (from what I understand) a couple 3-4 days for the credit to return to my card. I don’t feel it appropriate that the customer pay for the billing error then have to wait for a refund. I did let them know I wasn’t happy about it. I will be watching that I do receive this credit. It also put a bad taste in my mouth about returning anytime soon.“

“Delicious!!! These are the best birria tacos I’ve had. The aguas frescas are refreshing and delicious. Combine these two options and you’ve got yourself the perfect meal. I also recommend the birria grilled cheese. I’m definitely returning. The problem is the lack of seating area. I want to bring all my loved ones but it would feel like too crowded. Please add more places to sit somehow.“

We both got a few tacos- the chicken was a little dry but overall didn't ruin the taco by any means, and we tried the asada & lengua as well. Chips and dip were great, queso was amazing.“

“We dine there frequently. Great food, perhaps the best in Indy. Fajitas are wonderfully flavored and the steak is tender. I like the steak, chicken and shrimp combo.
