“I’ve been here a few times and the food doesn’t disappoint. I did have a disappointing experience today with our bill however. There was an extra meal charged on our bill which I brought to our servers attention. When she returned, I found that instead of voiding and printing a corrected bill, she ran a credit charge for the overage. This meant I had to pay the higher incorrect charge and wait (from what I understand) a couple 3-4 days for the credit to return to my card. I don’t feel it appropriate that the customer pay for the billing error then have to wait for a refund. I did let them know I wasn’t happy about it. I will be watching that I do receive this credit. It also put a bad taste in my mouth about returning anytime soon.“

“As has been noted often, this is one of the few places in town with authentic Mexican food. This was our first time here and we're glad we finally decided to check it out. We both got a few tacos- the chicken was a little dry but overall didn't ruin the taco by any means, and we tried the asada & lengua as well. Chips and dip were great, queso was amazing.“

“I ordered the beef quesadilla a la cart. While eating my quesadilla, I notice that there is a piece of glass or plastic that was in my food. When I pointed that out to the workers, they made me another one and did not charge my meal. It was very tasty and my friend ordered a lunch special and her food was good, too. Their salsa was too spicy for me, but they brought me mild salsa which was very good. Even though the service was good and the food tasted good as well, I probably will not go back there just because of the piece of glass /plastic that was in my food.“

You even requested “no sour cream” when your order was CONFIRMED by your server. You meant to order a TACO SALAD. Which is WAY off to the order YOU confirmed was correct the first time. Then you complained that the meat portion wasn’t to your liking. Okay whatever. Then you claimed to have found a hair. “I went to the Restaurant with my family and a few family friends a few weeks ago. We absolutely LOVE their restaurant inside their grocery store. We ordered their seafood platter and it was amazing! However, their meat platter was a little dry. But overall, it was a great experience! I high recommend anyone to go there to eat. For the Grocery store part, the store does have a "smell" and the smell is not pleasant. as long as you can get over the "smell", you will love it! The price at the grocery store is very fair and you can score some nice deals there. They also have friend pork belly for sale! Those things are heavenly!“

Everything I ordered was amazing: shrimp pupusas, chicken pupusas, chicken tamales, cheese pupusas, and guacamole with plantains! And almost each item runs you about $3 or less! My whole family devoured our meal! Not a crumb left! *Also: if you don’t speak the language, pull out your phone to use Google or Siri to translate instead of writing a review on the language instead of the food.*“

As soon as my friend and I came in for lunch, an employee's mother came in and screamed at one of the employees after he told her to clock out early due to not working. They all were professional about it, and we applauded them for their professionalism through this, and I hope this one employee and her mom learn a lesson through this type of thing.“
