Fast casual tex-mex cuisine with great taste and resonable prices.Stop in late night as this location is the only restaurant in downtown franklin serving food until 4 am!Vegetarian options: Build your own options with numerous alternative proteins in the forms of beans and rice. Lots of vegetable toppings.Dietary restrictions: Build your own with lots of options for restrictive diets. Burrito bowls offered for gluten free diets.“
“Checked out this place for the first time! The interior was nice and clean. Service was fast and the food came out hot and delicious. We ordered three, tacos asada (a tad bit dry) and the chicken acapulco. The acapulco had plenty of cheese and was really satisfying. Also, the Mexican rice that came with it was actually tasty as well. We'll be back again to try the other items on the menu!PRO TIP: The first basket of chips and salsa are free. They will charge $1.50 for more. This wasn't a problem as the chips are really filling and we didn't even finish our initial chips!“
“I've had this place a couple times now and I really enjoy it!! The first time we got takeout and were really impressed with how good it was. The second time we went there and tried new stuff and it was just as good, if not better. The people were so kind and attentive. The restaurant is very beautiful and set up very well. This is our favorite Mexican Restaurant in Franklin!“
“This is my favorite Mexican restaurant in Indy! The service is the best I’ve found in my whole time here in this town, Margaritas are magnificent! My favorites are the chimichangas with chicken and beef tips, the pozole, the asada, pastor, camarón and fish tacos, and the chorizo is so good!“
“Wife and I went out for her birthday dinner. We chose the blue cactus and the artcraft theater for the festivities. Place has great decor, comfortable settings and nice bathrooms. We both chose street tacos, I with the Carne azada and she with the fish. We traded out tacos so we could both try them. The fish sauce is wonderful and the fish itself was cooked perfectly. The Carne azada was spiced well and tasty but pretty dry. The verde sauce was very good. We had the guacamole, and it was the creamy style that had the perfect amount of heat! Over all it was a good meal for a good price.“
“Well, i've been here twice in last few months and both times the food has been amazing. more recently I had the delicious Carne Asada and now have found my absolute go-to for this dish. Easily the best i've had in 10 years at least - thin cut and excellent flavor and seasoning. I will be back when in the area again .“
“I didn’t know what to expect at first but after giving chino Mex a shot it was worth every dime. The serving sizes are great, the food was freshly made and you can taste the quality of the ingredients used. I would recommend this to any one looking for something fresh when it comes to Chinese food.“
“anybody leaving bad reviews of this place clearly have no clue what they're talking about. stopped while driving through; taquitos, al pastor tacos, steak quesadillas all fresh and hot. love seeing a small local place thriving. do not skip“
“I had stopped at the Emporium and saw this new restaurant.Called my two girls and they looked up the menu and told me what to get. They both keep coming to me to tell me how good the food was.I’ve never had authentic Mexican food and I’m now a lover of street tacos and Chalupas! The details of the sides that go with the tacos and the chalupas just made me a follower.People!!! You have got to try this place!“
“Everything here has always been great! I was skeptical about the pizzas, but wow was I wrong! Lisa's makes one of the best pizzas in Indianapolis, it's a must try. The only problem now is do I order tacos or a pizza? The answer is both!“
“Mi Abuelito is AMAZING. Sooo many food options and it tastes really good. I went for the first time for my birthday. It was recommended by 6 other people so I had to try it and it didn't disappoint. The waiter was Francisco if I'm getting the name right. He was super friendly and knowledgeable, answered all our many questions and talked to my daughter in Spanish (she took 8 yrs in school) so she loves practicing her Spanish. We also loved the ambience...it's so festive and fun! We will be back for sure!“
“First time here - called to see if they had room for a big group - 16 of us! They said, sure - 10 minutes. Sure enough, we got there and they had the table all set up for us. The drinks were amazing and the food was good too. But most important to me, awesome service. Thank you!“
“This place is now our go to when we crave Mexican food! The place was very nice and packed with people, I assume regulars because we will be now! Started with a perfectly mixed pitcher of Texas margaritas, the special on a Friday night! Kids got chicken fingers and hand cut fries and arroz con pollo. Both enjoyed their selections, my son never had arroz con pollo and loved it! Hands down the best fajita salad bowl I've ever had! Grilled steak and chicken with cheese, lettuce, onions, peppers, grilled corn, black beans, and avocado. Such a great combination and perfectly mixed. My wife's enchanted with mole sauce was amazing, her favorite now! The waiter was so nice and friendly! Even with a pitcher of margaritas, the value for what you got was well worth it! So much food and didn't break the bank! Super cool spot and will be back again and again!“
“The salsa was so good…my picky teenage daughter strong armed the salsa…wife said the chicken tamales were amazing and staff was super welcoming & friendly with fantastic elotes as well…I’m a fan…sign Up Door Dash as long as they don’t cut in line LOL…Well Done Folks!“
“I have been to LaRosa's Greenwood location 4 times so far and I have enjoyed the Buffet 3 times and ordered from the menu once at dinner. The price is Fantastic for what you get. The Buffet is reasonably priced at $12.99 during the week and $13.99 on Saturday and Sunday. That price includes chips and salsa on the table and salad items, buffet items that you can make Tacos or burritos or nachos. They have a variety of meats, rice, beans, chimichangas, cheese sauce and red sauce. Plus ice cream and a beverage all for one low price. On the weekend they add breakfast items to the buffet, things like scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, ham, French toast Sticks and flan. It's definitely worth your trip. The restaurant is decorated lively and the restrooms are clean. You should plan on going soon.“
“We love eating here. We are regulars and they are so friendly to us. We acknowledged every time we come in to eat the services fast. The food is always good. They have a very nice outdoor area for the weather is permittable.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly and good kids menu“
“New place on Southside! Go check out Red Tacos at Stop 10 and Madison. I had the Chicken Quesadilla, my husband had a Birria Burrito and we shared Elote. They also have all natural fruit juice drinks made in house and a huge selection of other beverages.“
“Always a fav place for us! Even had the football games on the TV’s…big bonus! The friendliest staff around, they make you feel at home. The food is always amazing. Had a jalapeño margarita for the first time today, and it was also, amazing!“
“We have been here twice. First time the food was great- chori pollo, birra tacos and spicy shrimp. Service was prompt, though the server didn't know answers to several of our questions. Chalking this up to being a new establishment. Chef and owner came back to check on us as well. Drinks specials were good and overall price was in line for a Mexican restaurant in this area. Second time- we ordered different dishes- fajitas, sopas and burrito. This time it was just ok. Fajitas barely had any meat, so I told the server this. She did bring a side of meat after that, which I appreciated. Second time we went for my kids birthday and they had a complimentary dessert with candles and a sombrero hat, the made it festive which I greatly appreciated. May come back another time and do the same dishes as the first time.“
“Delicious dishes made with fresh ingredients! A cozy restaurant with friendly staff, unique dishes, and speedy service! They have a cute patio area for nice weather outdoor dining too! What a cute restaurant!!Parking: Limited parking up front, but additional lot behind the restaurant and next door.“
“This is one of my favorite Mexican restaurants. The enchiladas supremas are 3 cheese enchiladas covered in a healthy serving of pork, red sauce, and cheese served with rice and beans. So unhealthy but absolutely delicious!Wheelchair accessibility: I believe the sidewalk in front is wheelchair accessible. There are no steps into or inside of the restaurant from what I remember. Many tables have chairs that could be moved for a wheelchair.“
“I’ve been a regular customer at Leon for quite a while, and it is always great. My favorite Mexican restaurant. Very generous portions; they never skimp on protein. Consistent quality whether it’s dine-in or carry out. Muchísimas gracias por los cientos de tacos de asada hasta la fecha!“
“Looking at the outside you would think this is a typical step mall eatery but they are very good .. with the 30 mile drive to go there over someplace local. Portions are good sized, the cost is more than reasonable and the taste is wonderful.“
“it's far from my place but ALWAYS worth the drive. their birria is amazing, flavorful and mouthwatering. never had a poor time here and i've been coming here since 2020. they're always very friendly. keep up the great work! ?“
“The food is worth every penny, and the decor is modern and eye-catching. They give you significant portions for what you pay for when it comes to the food and drinks. And I am so grateful they didn't water down my margarita. They make your margarita, gave you a glass of it, and provided you the reminder of my margarita in the cup the blinded it in.Parking: Lots of parking available, but expect to wait on weekend nights.“
“We just moved to Franklin and so far this is our favorite Mexican restaurant. Friendly and quick service. Delicious food. We had Pollo con Chorizo, kids taco with rice and beans, and enchiladas. Everything was hot, fresh and tasty. Give it try!!“
“Nice, clean, quiet and inviting...The food was fresh and pleasantly flavorful...the salsa was beautiful! My flour tortillas were perfect.Service was dished out with a smile and pleasant conversation. Nice place, awesome service and spectacular lunch prices!“
“The food was good! Staff was friendly and welcoming. Quick service and nicely decorated. It's better to dine in because you can get drinks when you stay inside and even bigger portions. We even got complimentary chips and salsa. Ask for extra seasoning if you like the meat to have that extra flavor because I DO! It was good, still just like that but a little extra seasoning, I would've gone back the next day!Kid-friendliness: Many colors and good music for children.Parking: It's a lowes next door so truck drivers come over!“
“We ate at 4:30 on a Saturday and was not crowded but the food was absolutely delicious and fresh. Everything was grilled perfectly and very flavorful. I don’t know what the previous reviewers had problems with because our food was absolutely incredible. The wait staff was fantastic and always trying to be helpful and refill drinks etc. My husband is disabled and they even cut up his food for him and were very friendly about it. Everything was hot when served and tasted authentic. I recommend what we had… Seafood burrito, chicken grilled chimichanga, pulled beef tamale with mole sauce. Beer was cold, soda was perfect and they even changed the game on the TV so we could watch Notre Dame! We are definitely going back. At 5:30 it got very crowded!!!!“
“For a Sunday @ noon, service was friendly and timely. Chips and salsas served with drinks. Chips are light and crispy. Salsas heat I’d rate a medium. More salsa options for a small fee $2. Lots of gooey queso options for dipping. The Chicka Chicka Boom Boom enchiladas were wonderful. The chicken reminds me of rotisserie. Plump juicy and white. The Mexi-Cobb salad with steak was just a wonderful. Steak was tender and juicy. We’ll be back.“
“Grabbed a carry out order at the bar for chicken nachos and a large queso dip with chips. While I waited I asked for a margarita top shelf but found out all they had was a premixed blend. Surprised that a Mexican restaurant didn’t have something better to serve with it being featured on all their menus. However the service was fantastic and the food was as good as ever. It came out hot and fast and my server made sure I had everything I would need to enjoy the dinner at home.“
“Great locally owned taqueria, I love a good taco spot. Some people may remember them as the red wagon that was parked down the road for a while this is their permanent spot. The picadito was my favorite with chorizo and the cheese quesadilla was top notch. I also had a chicken Taco and some of their green salsa with chips.“
“Best margaritas in town! The waiters are attentive and friendly. We had a strange order and they were able to accommodate us with a smile. We love sitting on the patio when they have live music. The overall vibe is the reason we keep coming back.“
