“Sabor de la Vida is a true diamond in the rough! This incredibly delicious, authentic Mexican restaurant is a small, owner operated establishment, located in the Shell Gas Station. Please do not allow the somewhat rough exterior to dissuade you; I just enjoyed the absolute best vegetarian Taco that I've ever eaten at a restaurant, which is saying a lot. Please, come and taste for yourself. I highly doubt that you will be disappointed!

“I had heard an ad on the radio for this place and stopped in on a whim. I’m so glad that I did! The food was the best Mexican food ever and so hot and fresh! The service was spectacular as well. Trust me on this one, it’s not what one may assume based on location and appearance. My new favorite for sure!“

“Thank you to Tacobell Edinburgh for great service. Lobby was closed while we were traveling in our camper. walk up orders are prohibited but they happily suggested we do a mobile order and they brought it out to us. Thank You!“

“Food is fast and fresh. Loads of options!
Vegetarian options: Has the standard grilled peppers and onions plus a zucchini, squash, mushroom mix. Plenty of fresh toppings.
Dietary restrictions: I haven't asked specifically about gluten or vegan options. We feel comfortable eating here as predominantly plant based. If you have an allergy or are strictly vegan, I would double check the broths and cooking fats used.
Kid-friendliness: Has a good kids menu and the kids can see and pick out their own toppings.“

“My husband and I enjoyed a delicious lunch yesterday! Everything tasted amazing and fresh, I think the tortillas may even be homemade because they are the best I’ve ever had…I think it may be our new favorite taqueria ?
I had two al pastor tacos and my husband had a chicken torta, then we shared the guacamole.
Everyone was so friendly as well! Not sure why we didn’t try it sooner, but I definitely recommend!“

“My first time here was great. The chips were warm, crisp, and lightly salted. The salsa seemed fresh. I went for the fajita quesadilla and it was amazing, and then even better when I added the complimentary guacamole. If you’re a fan of Mexican food and haven’t been here yet, fix that at your earliest convenience.“

“Great mexican food in a small town out of the way strip mall. The menu is large and suited to just about any mexican dish you can imagine. Staff is happy to adjust items on the menu for you as well. Drinks were awesome. I had enchiladas that were out of this world good and thierbcrispy beef taco was loaded with meat. Will go again when I the area.“

“Super surprised by the quality here. Everything was perfect. If you like spicy make sure to request there tasty and spicy salsas (key word spicy, so don’t order if you like mild). Had the pulled chicken and bean nachos myself, everything others ordered was enjoyed as well. Never took a pic but will definitely go back next time in town.“

“Similar to Chipotle, but not quite as good. You get more bang for your buck, but the quality is a bit inferior in comparison. Overall a good, quick, clean, friendly & healthy place to eat.
Dietary restrictions: Any kind of whole foods diet friendly. Keto, Paleo, Plant-Based, Vegetarian.“

“El Porto is absolutely the BEST Mexican Restaurant!!! We have been all over the country and tried Mexican food everywhere. The food is DELICIOUS!!!“
