“I was apart of the Wickedly Whiting fest when I discovered Burrito Stop. Let me start by saying the food was super fresh, delicious and portions that did not disappoint. I highly recommended this place for the food and amazing customer service.“

“I dined in for an early dinner. After being seated a young lady told me she would be my server and she would be right back. I said okay. And then another gentleman came to my table and asked me if I would like something to drink, so I gave him my drink order, and he brought back my drink. Then the young lady came back and said oh someone got you a drink and I told her yes another server asked me for my drink order and I thought you had sent him. After looking confused she said I'll be right back. And then the gentleman who got my drink order asked me if I was ready to order so I asked him was he going to be my server or the young lady and he said he was. I said okay. I then ordered the three for me with the bowl of potato soup and the old-timer Burger. One of the managers ran my bowl of soup. My server was nowhere to be found. My cup set empty for over 10 minutes. The server didn't even remove the bowl that my soup was in when my burger came out which by the way someone else ran. I really wish I would have had a different server because I'm a heavy drinker and not being able to drink the way I wanted to affected that guys tip. I was ready for dessert but the server had already set my ticket on the table. So I made them send the server out to get me a refill and to get my desert. Then the hostess at the host stand came to my table and I had to ask her to give me the digital kiosk so I can pay for my food. The hostess was so sweet. The problem is I wish he would have come back to the table so I could have told him that. But since he didn't he probably just assumed I am cheap and justified his poor serving technique.“

“The women working the store were great and very knowledgeable. We ordered 2 Steak & Bacon Grilled Cheese Burritos. They were made fresh to order, but the potatoes inside the burritos tasted like they had been from breakfast hours and it was after 2 o'clock, they were not fresh or soft, they were chewy and rubbery in texture. Again, the 2 ladies working the store were amazing, but they were getting slammed and were in desperate need of another helper.“

“Linda took my order and also made it. I ordered lunch at 10am. She was very welcoming, smiling and sweet. She made my tacos so perfectly, like taco bell commercial perfectly. I've never had a cheesy gordita crunch so fresh and made with so much care which may be weird to say when it comes to fast food but truly, I'll be back in the mornings just to try and catch her on shift. Thank you Linda!! You deserve a raise!!!!“
