I really can’t recommend anything here. Tonight was the straw that broke it for me. I go there and order food. They tell me they are sorry and that they were dropping fresh fries and needed us to pull over. 13 minutes and 10 cars later my wife went in and they had forgotten us. And our fries are cold. Do better McDonald’s please do better.
I don’t go to McDonald’s very often but I’ve gotten breakfast there twice now and each time Kim working the drive thru has showed above and beyond kindness to me and the passengers in my car. I just couldn’t let it go unsaid how much this lady brightens my day!!
They are always slow no matter if it is rush hours, or not. Then they always make me pull in the parking spot because they don't have all my food ready. Literally McSlow.
