I arrived and sat myself along with my party of 4 waitress was nice and friendly. Took our orders and got us our drinks in a timely manner. Then an hour later we have to ask another waitress where our waitress is? Come to find out she left to return home because she was sick. By this point the family dinning room had been emptied out and we were left with a group of 4 other tables waiting and begging to get served. Watched one table get up and cancel their order following suit...read full review

Stopped for breakfast this morning with our kids/grandkids. Stood by the door for 10 minutes waiting for 1 of the 4 waitresses to seat us. Several empty tables but not once did anyone try to communicate or even say "hello"? Finally asked one of them if we should seat ourselves and she acted rude and didn't really answer what we were suppose to do? We left.... Thank God Kendallville and Lagrange are close by with restaurants that know how to treat customers.
