“SO underrated!!! This place is incredible! Don’t be deterred that it’s in a gas station! The staff are INCREDIBLY polite and VERY helpful. You can tell they genuinely care about their food and their customers. The quality of my pita sandwhich was perfect. All the ingredients were fresh, tons of flavor, and warmed to perfection. If you enjoy Mediterranean food and haven’t tried this place yet, YOU ARE MISSING OUT. I WILL be back. Soon.

It is cooked after you order so the food is hot and fresh when handed to you, still warm and ready to eat after a drive home. They even gave me a free sample of the chicken over rice and have convinced me to try something new next time I come in.“

This is the Lebanese version, not the Greek one, and it was fantastic. Special shout-out to the pita bread: forget what you know from the supermarket—this is on a whole different level.“

“What an absolute delight Adel’s is! A pleasant, informal Greek café with some outdoor seating awaits you. The waiter/chef was super-kind and patient towards my elderly MIL, an extremely demanding customer. The delightful soup lady helped her choose the delicious chicken lemon rice soup, and we all enjoyed generous, excellent servings of moussaka, pastitsio, spanikopita, and crunchy, fresh Greek salad. Oh, and you gotta end the meal with baklava….yummmmmmm….
A huge thank-you to Adel’s for such a wonderful meal and for being so gracious to all of us, especially my MIL. I feel like a part of their Big Fat Happy Greek Family.

“This is my 3rd or 4th time at Hummus Republic. The food is consistently excellent. Today I tried the Earth Burger. This this is HUGE and delicious (I have enough for at least one more meal)! Sweet potato fries - excellent, and I tried their new cinnamon sugar pita chips - WOW! Tahini Shake is super tasty. My only recommendation on the shake is that they need larger (circumference) straws. A regular straw is too narrow for this thick shake. Thank you for coming to Surprise, you are a GREAT addition to the area❣“
