“SO underrated!!! This place is incredible! Don’t be deterred that it’s in a gas station! The staff are INCREDIBLY polite and VERY helpful. You can tell they genuinely care about their food and their customers. The quality of my pita sandwhich was perfect. All the ingredients were fresh, tons of flavor, and warmed to perfection. If you enjoy Mediterranean food and haven’t tried this place yet, YOU ARE MISSING OUT. I WILL be back. Soon.

“I am not usually inclined to leave a review, but I feel as tonight's visit warrants a call out. As a parent that has a child with a gluten allergy we know the struggles of finding places out to eat. We have had Azzip a few times, but have always ordered ahead of time online then drove to the store to pick it up. This evening, we found ourselves out on errands and in the area and decided Azzip had been a safe choice in the past so we made our way there. The store was not busy, but there people ahead of us and behind us and I felt the protocol followed didn't slow the process terribly but I want to commend the staff for taking it seriously. What I witnessed: 2 people working the line making the pizza on the "ingredients" side of the oven. my kid informed them of the gluten free need and they asked if it was preference or allergy. my kid informed them of allergy. they cleared the line of the previous pizza being made once cleared, they stripped their gloves and cleaned the work space and the sauce bottle my kid wanted on their pizza a cooking mat from a separate area was produced and the cauliflower crust requested was added all the toppings requested were added then the pizza was placed in the oven. there was communication to the receiving team member that an allergen pizza was coming afterwards, my other kid and my pizza were started only after the 1st was placed in the oven. after the gluten free pizza came out of the oven, I noticed the cutting instrument was different than what was used for the other pizzas we ordered. Our experiences thus far is many people don't understand what Celiac disease is and how gluten can harm the body of those affected. It is more than just the ingredients consumed; cross contamination is the true problem. Seeing the team execute the procedure with care warmed my heart as I know it takes a lot of effort to create the process, then train to it and then to follow it. My appreciation to the team! We will definitely be back!“

Seating is a little close together so not very wheel chair friendly as I had to ask 2 people to please stand up and move their chair to get my dad to our table. “This is my 3rd or 4th time at Hummus Republic. The food is consistently excellent. Today I tried the Earth Burger. This this is HUGE and delicious (I have enough for at least one more meal)! Sweet potato fries - excellent, and I tried their new cinnamon sugar pita chips - WOW! Tahini Shake is super tasty. My only recommendation on the shake is that they need larger (circumference) straws. A regular straw is too narrow for this thick shake. Strawberry Blues Salad was so perfectly fresh and delicious! Came with strawberries and cantaloupe and I would not have expected this ever having cantaloupe in a salad and actually liking it! There was some goat cheese in the salad went so well with everything else going on.
Very big portion size on this as well which I am very grateful for.

For the sandwich, we actually picked the grill the tenderloin instead of the fried one to save some calories and it was a very good decision. People say that the sandwich can be a bit dry but this was actually lovely. We made a proper sandwich out of it with some lettuce and onion and some pickles as well and this was quite a flavorful one.

10/10 recommend! Because I strong as you had a really nice aesthetic Vibe and he would have loved to actually stay there and eat.“

What they didn’t know was that the night before, we were rushed to Peyton Manning children’s hospital for our daughter to have emergency surgery and our spirits were low and we were hanging on by a thread mentally for the past two days sick with worry for our daughter. I’ve ordered during a blizzard one year (called around to see who was open and sure enough)! I called one time ten minutes to close and refused to order because it was late and he refused my no lol and made me order. They thoroughly enjoy feeding people and it shows!“

“It's a great option for eating healthier. The food could have been more seasoned less salt. But my biggest issue was no meat. I ordered 2 entrée and the one with corn and chicken was too sweet and no meat. The beans and rice needed more spices and less salt. But I got 1 slice of sausage!“
