“We had the opportunity to partake in their VIP soft launch today. We chose a pineapple and Canadian bacon pizza, and a sausage and mushroom pizza, as well as original topperstix (with garlic dipping sauce). We’ve never had Toppers and we’re excited to be chosen to visit today. The pizza was ready when we arrived, but the topperstix were not listed on the order ticket. The staff went out of their way to make our order for us. Everyone was so friendly - a young woman who I believe was taking a break when I entered welcomed me. Wonderful customer service and delicious pizza!“

“I ordered on my app and went to pick up last night, 12/9/22 around 6pm from your location in Manhattan, KS, (66502). When I arrived, my order wasn't ready and there was a backed up line of customers who were also being made to wait because their orders weren't ready. It was explained that there was an unexpected unusually large order ahead of mine and that they were running behind. I am writing because the woman running the front counter needs recognition. I am telling you right now, she was a ROCKSTAR. Although the store was full of waiting, inconvenienced people, she made sure to continually check in with each one and give them updates on their order. She made small talk, chatting, offering alternative options to the ones in a hurry. She was smiling and friendly the entire time. This is what struck me about her. Someone working in the food industry, on an unusually busy weekend evening, was able to manage an entire room of frustrated customers. She exhibited nothing but calm, patience, and understanding. And seemed HAPPY to be working. It is very rare nowadays to find this kind of service in a take-out pizza joint. I'm telling you that NOT ONE customer who walked in there left appearing less than completely pleased. I am very disappointed that I didn't get her name before I walked out with my order. I'm hoping you can get that information from the manager, and I really hope that this worker will get recognized for the complete asset she is to your company.
