The bar side always has great service. Bar is small and I think there are too many tables which makes it really cramped but I get it more seats more people more money. The food I have tried has always been good. A little pricey for what you get. Never have had a bad experience and it's always clean. The only downside is the space on the bar side.
We were in town for a funeral over the last two days and came in twice with a couple of large parties. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. The drinks and food were great. Erinnie was our server both days and she was an absolute gem!
The place doesn’t look like much from the outside but once you’re inside the dining room has all sorts of photos celebrating Eisenhower to the delight of any history buff. The menu was hard to choose from all tasty choices. I settled on the Ike’s Texas burger with onion rings. Very good! My friend got the bourbon salmon but the broccoli was not warm. All in all, not bad.
