Adult dsughter and I have been meeting there on Wednesday morning for over a year to just catch up and have coffee and snack. On 2/28/24 at 10 we got coffee and snacks and we were the only lobby customers. When we sat down the workers started some music so loud we could not chat so we asked to have it turned down and they agreed but never did it. Service is up and down. Have had excellent service, but have also had very poor service. The food taste is consistent, but have had a handful of times that the order is wrong. The iced coffee drinks are very inconsistent. Sometimes they are sweet and flavorful, other times they are bitter and you can barely taste the flavor you chose.

It has been a while since I last visited a Dunkin' but it was just how I remembered. Walking in the door, we were greeted with the sweet smell of pastries and the strong aroma of coffee. The gentleman at the counter was courteous and friendly, providing great service with a smile. The donuts were light and fluffy, not overly sweet, and the jelly munchkins had just the right amount of jelly and really hit the sweet tooth in just the right spot.
