This Wendys was amazing compared to any we'd been to in years! They accept the app which, yes it's true some don't and that's wrong! The manager has the flow of customer service, taking orders and orders ready, down! He was polite and upon leaving thanked us for coming!

I used to work at this establishment back in the mid 90's and it's still a great place to grab something quick. The management is a lot better than it was back then and I have had nothing but a pleasant experience there every time I've been there.

I've been to this Wendy's multiple times, and it seems like the food and customer service are slowly getting worse. I normally use the app to order my food ahead of time and specifically make changes to the toppings on my Baconator. They don't follow the instructions that I provided for my food order. They always seem to have enough people working to get the orders correct, but it still gets messed up. I asked for extra pickles today and didn't get any. I always...
