Chef Jake just absolutely NAILS it! Every single time we’ve visited it is just out of this world insane! My picky fiancé will actually try anything put in front of him here. The Renaissance Cafe | Italian is a unique restaurant with incredible food. The pasta is definitely the tastiest. The venue is very unique, located in an old high school gymnasium with seating above and around the basketball court. The service is impeccable and attentive. The restaurant has a top-notch wine selection. The calamari steaks, lamb meatballs, and pork chop with bourbon mushroom gravy are some of the amazing dishes. The chef specials, such as crab cakes and lobster fettuccini, are also delicious. The Renaissance Cafe is a hidden gem in a small Kansas town, worth going out of your way for. It's only a 10-minute drive from Salina and near Lindsborg. The restaurant is a great place for special occasions, with a nice atmosphere and attentive waiters. The Renaissance Cafe has been one of the top 50 Italian restaurants in America for years, and it's definitely a place to come back to.
