“Chef Jake just absolutely NAILS it! Every single time we’ve visited it is just out of this world insane! My picky fiancé will actually try anything put in front of him here. Tonight we had the best dining experience the both of us have ever had and any restaurant anywhere. Chef Jake even sent over samples of pasta to the table and it was not only so very kind of him, but the pastas were just knock your socks off amazing! From the staff to the food to the drinks to the historic atmosphere- it’s all just incredible! The grilled Caesar is a MUST! 100/10 a HAVE TO HAVE spot!”

“We stopped on our way home and both had the 12 oz Ribeye. The steak was cooked perfectly and very tender. I had the garlic potatoes with asparagus while my husband had onion rings and green beans. No complaints about anything we had all delicious. Our waitress Katie was amazing very attentive, polite and engaging. She suggested the ligonberry iced tea (in which I was skeptical) but nit was very refreshing!!! Hats off to Katie for making our 1st visit memorable and wanting to come back.”

“On December 3rd about 12:30 during a busy lunch I came in with a group of 6 ladies and me being a manager of a restaurant before I can't help but notice things and on that note this experience was Awesome! Everybody was working hard and working as a team the entire restaurant was clean the floors were clean even the BOH floors in front of the fryers in prep area we're clean and when you have the the whole group of ladies noticing the cleanliness of the bathroom that's pretty impressive and this is besides the hot fresh ready great meals we received! I don't know who manages this place but they should be very proud of their crew they are fantastic!”

“My kids were so excited to eat at Applebee’s since all the Kansas City locations have closed. There was about a 25-minute wait on a Thursday around 6 p.m.—the first night of March Madness—but it worked out perfectly and gave us time to run over to Target.

Nathan was our server and struck the perfect balance of being attentive without overchecking on us. The food was excellent—honestly better than other Applebee’s locations we’ve visited. As we were leaving, the manager, Rachel, took the time to make sure we’d been well taken care of, which really stood out.

“So even though my drinks were great, while I was waiting for them, the girl who was in the window was talking about some personal things that probably shouldn’t be talked about out loud in front of customers about her ex and his business. I feel like it’s very unprofessional to be talking about not going to Bravo’s because they were wronged by the owner or whoever works there. Then to tell me not to go to Bravo’s when she was “caught” with the window open and joking about that being unprofessional.”

“Amazing service. Traveling through town, saw restaurant. Drive through was very busy then we went inside. Very busy but staff was friendly and very efficient. Watched them move the lines quickly with three school busses. Very impressed. And food is always great.”

While I sometimes struggle with the app, the service is always fast and friendly. Even with a recent update the app is so frustratingly slow.”
