Shelby V is the best waitress at this Applebees! She is always friendly and great customer service. We witness and heard Carolyn yell at Shelby about food that was delivered to our table that Shelby did NOT bring to our table. It was not Shelby’s fault and we heard Carolyn yell at Shelby and even said we were rude for taking food that we didn’t order. Our server was great and the manager was awesome. The server trying to help our server was a little lacking, took our girls' drinks to the wrong table!!! Then took 10 minutes for them to remake their drinks! Food was great though!
