“Blink your eyes and you will miss this place, but definitely worth the stop.The Burger Theory is in the Holiday Inn so not your typical layout for a burger placebut don't let that fool you burgers were amazing and appetizers are half price on Sunday ...might I recommend the Fire Shrimp while I'm at it. You can get onions rings for a dollar more just get the fries because these aren't your everyday fries not sure what's on them but wow they are good.“

“Our server, Niia, was very polite and friendly as she was always smiling and making sure we were having a fun night as well as enjoying our meal. She was quick on drink refills and even offered to go cups. The atmosphere was clean and had good music to listen to. Overall, we had a great time! Thanks.

Dietary restrictions: We had a gluten allergy so need to make sure no croutons on our salads or a seasoning used didn’t contain wheat. Niia was helpful in ensuring our meals were safe to eat.“

“On December 3rd about 12:30 during a busy lunch I came in with a group of 6 ladies and me being a manager of a restaurant before I can't help but notice things and on that note this experience was Awesome! Everybody was working hard and working as a team the entire restaurant was clean the floors were clean even the BOH floors in front of the fryers in prep area we're clean and when you have the the whole group of ladies noticing the cleanliness of the bathroom that's pretty impressive and this is besides the hot fresh ready great meals we received! I don't know who manages this place but they should be very proud of their crew they are fantastic!“

“Today will be the second time I’ve eaten food from Gourmet To Go and both times were very pleasant! This time I order the GE grilled cheese 4+ Mac and cheese and the bacon pasta salad and they were both so delicious. I wish there had been for pasta in my meal because it was so good. The people working there who I had contact with were also very pleasant.“

“When, WHEN... They get your order right thefood is good and hot. I gave this place an extra two stars because their customer service is pretty good. In that, I mean, I've never had to argue about replacing or fixing an order. They may not always seem friendly but they will make sure you are satisfied before you leave. Which is all you can expect, really.“

“As a former restaurant manager for various Denny's locations in Texas and an extremely critical reviewer of servers, I cannot say enough good things about this location. This location was CLEAN, organized and despite being short staffed, the vibe was pleasant. My server was prompt, polite and efficient. My order was correct, the food was cooked to perfection and my tea glass was never empty. I appreciate the service I received. This location is HIGHLY recommended.“

Parking: There’s so many spots it’s almost indescribable, but really, there’s plenty of spots

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, it is super wheelchair accessible. For example, a wheelchair will pull up to the parking lot and then you’ll see a blue sign with a picture of them on it usually close to the entrance but there’s only a few steps not too many to lift them up. Hopefully we get those hovering wheelchairs real soon. It’s gonna be a game changer.“

“First I will note that no fast food place will ever get a 5 star rating simply because the employees are not paid a living wage, eventhough pay has increased(with inflation has it really tho?) which detracts motivation and rightly so. They function primarily as a quick and cheap service which never can equate to quality. However, with this in mind and in other words if you are not completely oblivious to reality and how/why service from these places are a "get what you pay for" grading scale experience then this place really only has an easily overwhelmed(as in slow when busy) issue that I wouldn't be surprised is more due to being understaff and overworked but again that is only my speculation knowing that corporate greed only increases over time and the typical wide spread corporate strategy is to cut cost and labor to an extreme and barely sustainable level for as long as possible and when the place finally becomes unsustainable they discard people like they're nothing and either remodel and reopen or they relocate and thus the cycle repeats. Or I'm wrong. Whichever you want to believe this establishment is an average and acceptable place to acquire cheap food.“

“After having to leave another location And feeling very disappointed Went to the Wendy's On Ohio street And was kindly greeted by a young man named DJ. So polite and empathetic. Spoke to his management About the difficulties I had at the other location Was very kind. appreciated the great customer service DJ. as well as the rest of the staff. The food was great The restaurant was very clean. I'm definitely a fan. And will be a loyal customer to this location when I am in the area.“

The downfall in atmosphere is because the “front of the house” is U-Shaped around the kitchen and pass bar. This means you can hear every conversation happening between the servers - and since the service industry has to put up with a bunch of Karen’s and Boomers - there’s a lot of conversation to be heard.

Parking: Usually there’s enough parking - but during peak times - there are people who have to park on the frontage road or neighboring business parking lots.“
