After having to leave another location And feeling very disappointed Went to the Wendy's On Ohio street And was kindly greeted by a young man named DJ. So polite and empathetic. Spoke to his management About the difficulties I had at the other location Was very kind. appreciated the great customer service DJ. as well as the rest of the staff. The food was great The restaurant was very clean. I'm definitely a fan. And will be a loyal customer to this location when I am in the area.
We went in there called ahead of time , then the woman tried to rush us out of there , and on top of that my burger was pink, then seen a bug on the floor , wanted us to use the other doors because she was was trying to close early wanted us to walk around the building in pouring rain . Worst service we've ever had there
I feel bad for the employees, they were behind checking out in store customera because they were so busy with door dash.

Wendy's on Ohio street is known for its great customer service, with the staff being polite, empathetic, and kind. The restaurant is clean and the food is generally good. However, there have been some complaints about the availability of certain items like barbecue sauce, which seems to often be out of stock. Additionally, there have been instances where the staff forgets to include essentials like crackers and spoons with orders of chili, suggesting a need for better training. Despite these issues, the restaurant's breakfast items, such as the Breakfast Baconator, remain popular. Some customers have also enjoyed the Spicy Chicken Sandwich, although it is noted that food quality can vary during busy times. Overall, while there are areas for improvement, this Wendy's location has moments of excellent service and quality food.
