“My dad grew up in Salina Kansas in 1933 and stayed until he was around seven or eight in the 90s. My mom and him took a road trip to many places, including Salina and he remembered this place. He could smell it blocks away. He brought me home with coffee mug that I cherish.“

“On December 3rd about 12:30 during a busy lunch I came in with a group of 6 ladies and me being a manager of a restaurant before I can't help but notice things and on that note this experience was Awesome! Everybody was working hard and working as a team the entire restaurant was clean the floors were clean even the BOH floors in front of the fryers in prep area we're clean and when you have the the whole group of ladies noticing the cleanliness of the bathroom that's pretty impressive and this is besides the hot fresh ready great meals we received! I don't know who manages this place but they should be very proud of their crew they are fantastic!“

“We did go in pretty close to closing time. They didn't have any fries, they didn't have any shakes all they had were hamburgers, but you know, I was hungry.The burger was delicious and got a fountain drink. The kid at the counter apologized over and over. But I understand as a business owner that , in this situation with me involved , it was a good decision
Save them money from wasteful food.\n And wasted on employees, cleaning everything up again just to have possibly a satisfied customer.When most people take it for granted. I know I never eat fast food rarely anyways. So\nIt's unlikely he lost any business from me because of that. But th burger was awesome, better than I remembered them years ago in atlanta , when I first tried it. I recommend this place to anybody that wants a good burger and smart business which helps keep the good burgers. But by god , I was in the mood for a shake“

“Arby’s serves some good American food, Chicken sandwiches, Roast Beef, Brisket Sandwiches, etc… However you will pay a bit more for it compared to other fast food establishments. The service is lacking, but to be honest, good help is hard to find these days, and in my experience most fast food Restraunt’s have trouble getting your order to you correct and in a timely manner anymore. “Came in on 4/3 around 7:30 pm with our three kids. Two guys served us - I think one was named Nex with a septum and another had a wolfcut…literally the best customer service I’ve ever experienced at a gas station food stop. They were both very kind and patient with my kids. Give them raises or something.“

“These guys at the Taco Bell on E. Iron are top notch. The entire day shift crew seem to really care about the image they present. Always cheerful and friendly. Always making sure the customer is happy and satisfied with their purchase. “First I will note that no fast food place will ever get a 5 star rating simply because the employees are not paid a living wage, eventhough pay has increased(with inflation has it really tho?) which detracts motivation and rightly so. They function primarily as a quick and cheap service which never can equate to quality. However, with this in mind and in other words if you are not completely oblivious to reality and how/why service from these places are a "get what you pay for" grading scale experience then this place really only has an easily overwhelmed(as in slow when busy) issue that I wouldn't be surprised is more due to being understaff and overworked but again that is only my speculation knowing that corporate greed only increases over time and the typical wide spread corporate strategy is to cut cost and labor to an extreme and barely sustainable level for as long as possible and when the place finally becomes unsustainable they discard people like they're nothing and either remodel and reopen or they relocate and thus the cycle repeats. Or I'm wrong. Whichever you want to believe this establishment is an average and acceptable place to acquire cheap food.“

“Their sandwiches are truly amazing. I ordered their Toasted Roast Beef and Cheddar with Horseradish sauce. The service was delivered with great kindness, and our sandwiches were prepared quite promptly. The atmosphere was comfortable, and there was ample seating available.“

“Huge shout out to these guys, we traveled to Salina from a swim meet today, brought in 51 people to there store and they were able to get us in and out in and a respectable amount of time! The staff is very friendly and had no issues with our team. We have stopped there the last several years and plan on doing again in the spring!“

“I like the personal pan pizza's, thin crust pizza's, and especially thin crust taco pizza. they should give extra salsa for it without charging extra. its a small container. I really like the Supremo sandwich also. The employees are nice too.“
